Location and cleanly

I’ve written this to you over 4 times We arrived and started a load of laundry Only to find out the machine stopped mid way with the tub full of soaked clothes that we had to finally wash in the sink !! Then the dryer wasn’t working properly so wet damp clothes Its was terrible!! My husband worked 2 hours to get the washer to release its lock to drag all the clothes out. ! He was furious and he and I both desperately want a refund on this debacle of a trip The owners are neglect on telling guests they don’t have working appliances including a stove top that wouldn’t heat and a toilet that drips and drains all night long !!!!!!! I have spoken to 2-3 Vacasa representatives and they all said we’ll get back to you and fix the issues. NONE got back and so we departed early and won’t return!!!!!!!! no breakfast, location was excellent

first night we were there the mirror fell off the wall at 1:30 AM. Huge noise,etc...no more sleep after that. It hadn't been hung properly, and was covering the service panel, and had obviously been put up several times...Not a safe or desirable situation. I left the mirror leaning against the wall so it wouldn't fall down again

Location was great; my conference was at the Sun Valley Lodge, within walking distance.

There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, no directions for the tv and the toilet would randomly start "running" and would not stop in the middle of the night, even without being flushed. A bit noisy. I could not tell what the temperature was inside, and kept thermostat at 50, and was still quite hot at night.

The location was ideal for walking to the concert venue. The wifi access was great, including streaming services.there was easy check in and check out.

The covers on the bed were too hot for summer. There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. Thankfully we travel with a coffee press and didn't need them, but you might remind future guests to bring their own coffee and filters. The refrigerator was noisy. There was a constant water trickling sound in the toilet. We just shut the bathroom door and couldn't hear it.

close to everything you could want/ sun valley inn, resort, spa. the unit itself was very comfortable.

The location was beautiful with the colorful Fall leaves, and convenient for the Trailing of the Sheep events. The bed was comfortable, room quiet and clean. The shower had good water pressure.

The light was out at the door so it was difficult to see to get the key on our first night.
