This property is poorly managed. The lawn was Not cut. We arrived on a Saturday and after me asking for the lawn to be cut, it was Thursday when it was done. The house smells of mold and “old hse” that has not been maintained or cleaned. The ceiling in the dining room looks like it is falling in. There is paneling in the living room that was hid behind a three door screen that is soft to the touch and warped. Not to mention the stained red sofa. The only bathroom has a wooden toilet seat( who rents a property with a wooden toilet seat!!!) I sprayed the seat with Clorox bleach and it bubbled(bacteria and germs) we had to cover the seat every time we used it. The shower and old bathtub need to be up dated… let me tell you Clorox was our friend for the week we had this nightmare of a house. If we were not so far from home, we would have left. We all left with coughs and sore throat. Oh! I almost forgot how ugly and moldy the outside of the house is. The keeper that let us in said that it needed to be power washed.

The host was very prompt and friendly. The beds were very comfortable in the two main rooms. The location was beautiful and very close to downtown Pensacola. We enjoyed the back deck and taking walks around the neighborhood.

The unit was a little dirty and some of the lights did not work. I think we were able to replace some of fixtures with the light bulbs provided. Some of the towels looked as though they had not been washed well.
