It was only a fifteen minute walk from downtown. Everything was new and clean. Had some deer in the neighbors yard in the morning.

Bring a fan. Bedroom got a little warm in the night but not terrible.

Breakfast included; Drinks - Milk, Water, OJ, Coffee, and Tea Food - A tin of Strawberry and Cream Cheese Danish.

I am a bigger guy and I noticed the mattress in the second bedroom (middle) was softer on one side than the other. I assume more people have slept on this side. I have back issues and other people may not have any problem, but it was too soft for me. Again....I have back trouble and others might not notice. But, I did not sleep well.

We rode bikes in from Rocheport. It was a little further from the trail than I would have liked, but a better deal than most of the B&B I looked at. We ate at Tin Mill first and then ventured to the house. All went well.

Besides moving the house closer to town. We were all good.

Coffee cake from store, milk, orange juice provided was just okay but acceptable. Accommodations were so comfortable! Plenty of room on large sectional. Clean and roomy bathrooms. Fans in all rooms. Very comfortable deck for morning coffee outside. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space. Lovely place to come back to in late afternoon to cool off and rest before going out again. Nice setup in kitchen to play games in evening. Would definitely stay there again.

Not quite enough breakfast for 4 ladies and two mornings.

I like being in a house with privacy.

I didn’t like that we weren’t able to walk to the downtown shops.

Can't imagine staying anywhere else

Incredible value for the money. 3 bed, 2 bath house less than 1/4 mile from downtown Hermann. Host thought of literally everything that you could ask for in feeling at home. Cinnamon rolls when you arrive. Plenty of Keurig coffee to choose from. Even had some essentials already in the fridge when we arrived. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again as well as spreading the word about this lovely place. Thank you again! :)
