The location was great. Close to the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were comfortable. The food was great. Loved the access to the pool although the hours were strange. The coffee hour was a great touch.

The bed pillows were very flat. We would have appreciated a few more pillows or firmer pillows.

I liked the facilities. The things that were supposed to be included were really, truly included. The view of our rooms was also great. Our restaurant table was already reserved for us with our names on them. Isn't that great 👍🙂

Very professional and friendly staff. Exeptional food. Nice lobby of the hotel. Very nice swimming pool near the hotel.

Far too high price for such a small and outdated room. The hotel parking lot is not paved.

The reception staff were not very friendly.

Stayed in the apartment. Really nice, spacious, clean, air conditioned and modern with large balcony mostly in the shade - which was nice due to the warm weather.

The location was perfect and guests had free access to the wellness centre which was great after a day's skiing.

The restaurant was hot, overcrowded and the service was poor. On our first night, my partner ordered fish and was served rare beef. The vegetarian option was cold, stodgy and inedible. The staff really didn't care. Breakfast was good but it was really difficult to order a coffee.
