Room was quite dirty.

Breakfast was mediocre, would have chosen another location to eat if not included in price

The value was just not very good, the room was expensive for Lafayette, so I was surprised by the facilities given the price. Service in the breakfast area was mediocre.

The room was very nice.

The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub.

They put our rooms together, but I requested adjoining rooms when I made the reservation. That was the only thing we were not happy with.

The rooms were extremely clean and well-kept, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and complementary cookies were delicious, and the lobby with the fireplace was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again if ever in the area.

We didn't use the pool, but when walking by, the water looked a little darker than expected (However, I'm thinking this may have just been the color of the liner and not anything to be concerned about...)

elevator online it was stated “free wi-fi and breakfast.” We were surprised that there was a $15 charge for breakfast. The statement was misleading if it was only meant to say “free wi-fi.” Breakfast was delicious in spite of the confusion, however!

The night shift bartender was not very friendly. I also had to ask for my room to be cleaned 3 times. And no cookies were offered :(

I liked how friendly the staff was when I arrived. The cookies were a good surprise and were very warm and delicious. It was nice to drive up to the hotel and park my car while I checked in and then be able to go back and unpack.

I noticed the trash can was full of trash from the previous stay. After that, I found cup rings on the counter and saw a USED glucose strip with blood next to the coffee machine. I took a picture. When I called the lobby to have the trash taken out, and I mentioned how the room wasn't cleaned, the staff didn't seem to care, and I would have appreciated an offer for a clean new room. The worst part, on my last day, I was walked in on by the housekeeper at 9:30 am when my check out was 11 am. Not even a knock at the door; she just walked right in. Sadly, I was not dressed and felt utterly violated. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with my stay, mainly because of the price I had to pay. Very disappointed and will not be going back again.

The saltwater swimming pool was wonderful, the water was warm, not like regular hotel pools.

In my room, there was no menu for room service.

The breakfast was great. The location was good also. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance and plenty to do in the area
