we had such a lovely stay. the staff were amazing and the hotel itself was gorgeous! couldn’t wish for a nicer hotel

beautiful hotel and so central. great spa and pool facilities too - book spa early as it was full but lucky got space on our last day. Our room was very spacious and clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Location of the property is great, in the heart of Sorrento. The pool isn’t heated but on a hot day is perfect to cool down, ideal for the kids as most of it is very shallow. Air con in room worked great. A good sized terrace. Simple breakfast included, served in the Garden.

The grounds of property are maintained to a high standard, the rooms could do with a bit more modernisation and they ran out of clean towels on Saturday - didn’t receive more till Monday. There were some big events on a couple of days we stayed which didn’t finish too late but worth considering if you are looking for a quite stay.

Beautiful place with lovely staff and in good walking distance from the square.

The noise!!! Although the first floor is hotel guests, the floor above is flats for locals and they play music loudly and the piano until early hours in the morning. This usually wouldn’t be a problem but the hotel staff (as lovely as they are) go home at 8pm so there’s nothing they can do about the noise which vibrates through the rooms. They did message the people upstairs to ask them to stop playing the music but it didn’t work. Breakfast is also very basic so we had to go out and buy some other stuff to eat in the morning as there was just a few croissants, boiled eggs, bread and cake - lots of cake! Spa - although it says spa you can’t actually use it unless you book a treatment. Gym - there is one but you can’t use it.

Amazing room with fantastic terrace

Everything of our stay in Sorrento was just perfect. Francesca and Ilaria were incredibly welcoming and professional but at the same time I felt like talking to old friends. They went an extra mile to accomodate our needs. The room was massive and had an amazing terrace where we could relax. Although it's off season and the pool is not accessible, we really loved our stay. The breakfast is full of everything you need and also fresh orange juice with the oranges of their garden. Perfectly located and very clean room. We hope to come back during summer season!

Nothing, it was all great

fantastic location. near shops, cafes, spa, marina, delis, coffee! Easy to walk to alleyway shops, main square of town & marina for dinner! Staff were awesome. Loved having an outdoor patio. Property must have been someone’s mansion years ago. Breakfast was simple and coffee was plentiful. Too cold to swim in October but their pool is beautiful!

The hotel’s hot tub is lukewarm at best. Not worth the money. There is a spa just around the corner. Hotel has no ice & no tea kettle in the rooms.

The staff were very very helpful

It is a nice place, centrally located. Staff was really helpful, lovely and polite. The breakfast was nice, both savoury and sweet options.

The internet signal wasn’t strong. Our room was outside of the main building so that might be the reason. The water heater is a storage type, so you have limited amount of hot water. Personally not enough for both of us. We stayed there at the end of October, might be suitable for hot summer days when is much hotter outside.

Room not as advertised. No kitchenette, no kitchenware, no kettle, no safe. Lovely room but expected above items as they were advertised with Booking.com.

Very friendly staff. Tranquil gardens with swimming pool, close to the main attractions

Sadly the tranquility was spoilt by the three dogs down stairs being allowed to bark at every passing dog. Also our room overlooked an alley used by scooters, some which were very noisy. Finally a group of two men and two women were partying beyond midnight in the room next door. They did desist after I got out of bed, knocked on their door and asked them to keep the noise down

I thought the interiors, although outdated, added a really nice vibe to the hotel. the pool was great and sunny most of the day. and the walk any where was quite close.

This property is perfectly located to enjoy Sorrento. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden setting. The grounds and pool area were great for relaxing. after days spent touring the sites of the area.

The shower was a little tricky to work and may need some upgrade.

What a hidden gem. Stunning building, superb location, incredibly friendly staff, amazing spa and massage! We stayed in May for our wedding in Sorrento, and the room was just beautiful. Perfect setting with outlook onto the garden and sea beyond. Five minute walk to Piazza Tasso.
