The location was good and they have smoking rooms

It needs updating pretty bad. It wasn't gross or anything. Just kinda worn out. There wasn't a microwave either. Now, I didn't ask for one, but most places have them standard these days.

The lady at the desk was SUPER nice and friendly! Checking in AND out. And the location was perfect for me. I also appreciate that you have smoking rooms! (And they don't smell like it) Thank you for a great stay

I enjoyed my stay and made me feel the loss of the home that I was missing the gentleman were very comforting and protective

Noisy during the night. Being propositioned outside my room. Tatered towels that had dark stains. Rude manager. Refused to refund my last night’s stay when I couldn’t sleep and decided I couldn’t stay one more night. A badly soiled chair. Rust coming out of shower when turned on.

I like the fact that I was able to get away from my home for a night.

I didn't like how nasty my room was. I didn't like the bugs that came out at night. I didn't like how the room didn't have a microwave, no telephone, and no soap. The room didn't have no table or chairs or couch. The tub had someone else hair in it. The sink was cracked and trash was in it. Urine and blood spots were on the bathroom flood. The room didn't seemed like no one tried to clean it up, after the pervious guest. No one should have been a Guest in a room like room 118 was.

The person who was working at the window to make sure that I was OK and made my stay a lot better

It was right next-door to a gas station. And there was a lot of I guess undesirable people hanging around the property and at the store I didn’t go to the store at all it didn’t feel safe
