The room was clean and tidied up nicely. This may be a 3-star hotel but I rated it as 4 because the staff were nice. There is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor which is pretty cool and convenient. They serve hot meals all the time. In terms of location I rated it as 4 instead of 3 because even though it is far from the city center (Dublin), 20-30 min by private vehicle, or 30-45 min by bus depending on peak times of passengers, the bus station is just located close to your doorstep.

They gave us fresh towels daily except on weekends when the housekeeping didn't come. I address the issue and they also sent us fresh towels later.

Staff were brilliant really helpful. The food was excellent ( we ate in the evening). The staff were happy to book a taxi for us and provided fresh milk for us to make tea. Would stay again 👍

Everything fab!!! If I had any suggestions it would be a small stool or chair in the room in case you need to eat at the counter.
