We had a great time at the condo. The new kitchen remodel made our experience in Puerto Rico even more welcoming. We love the location and being so close to the beach, kiosk, and downtown Luquillo.

This rental was great! Omar was super communicating with us and provided easy check in and check out. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs . We had a great week and used this space for family game nights since we rented 2 other units in the building. The fact that it had AC in the whole apartment was wonderful!

Easy and simple Communication the Administrator’s ( Omar ) was wonderful.

The condo was nice , the complex not do much as it had not been kept up,. Broken tiles , broken pool deck, caution flags . Around the pool . Trad area wasnt clearly identified , some painting peeling of the wads inside the condo .Biew to the ocean was phenomenal but that was it .Overall complex surrounding we’re dissapointing

Wonderful stay and Omar was very kind.

This three bedroom unit is perfect for up to 8 pp! A walk across the street for Ocean water at 79*. Omar is very helpful with shopping and eating locations. Every need is close. Not a busy location in March 22 when we were there. Good appliances, cooking pots and utensils, if needed, and delivery services if you so choose. We will return.

This is a great place stay, if you are looking for a great beach. Condo was clean and nice. Omar was great at telling us everything todo around the area. We will be returning next year.

This was the perfect place for us! Gena communicated with us early on and was very helpful and kind as we worked through through the COVID logistics. We arrived in the evening. Omar, manager, met us and was a great resource throughout our stay. The condo was freshly painted and provided all the necessities including new bedding and linens. The next morning we had coffee on the patio and enjoyed the first of many beautiful sunrises complete with ocean view and sound of waves. The pool is just steps out the door and a very short walkway takes you to the gate to the ocean just across a little street. Super convenient to take provided beach chairs, towel and cooler to the beach. The condo is on the first floor and only 3 steps to enter from close by parking in gated area. I appreciated this with my mobility challenges. There are restaurants, grocery, pharmacy within walking distance but best of all beaches, Playa Azul and beautiful calm Luquillo beach. We did rent a car as we were there several weeks. The rainforest is a great place to visit as well as Fajardo area, Lighthouse and Bio Bay. The exterior of the condo complex is undergoing maintenance. The Luquillo area as well as other areas of Puerto Rico are working to recover from Hurricane Maria. COVID and supply issues have had some impact on the recovery. We felt very safe at the condo and surrounding area. We met many wonderful, kind local people as well as travelers. The beach in front is public and we enjoyed seeing the local families on the weekends. There was an ice cream truck on the street almost every night. The bell was a welcome sound and we enjoyed the ice cream sundaes. We had a great experience with Gena and Omar! We enjoyed the condo, the ocean view and sounds, the beaches, the food and the kind people of Luquillo. Can’t wait to come back!

This property meets all our expectations in space, location, price, security, cleanliness, and comfort. It was one of the few properties that fulfil our needs to fits comfortable 2 families of 4. 2 adult couples and “the kids” 2 teenagers (14 & 15) and 2 young adults (19 & 21). There is a Master Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. All the beds/mattresses where SUPER comfortable everyone sleep great. The "kids" all fit perfectly fine in the room with the bunk beds. All rooms have super cold A/C it was like sleeping in a hotel room. The new property manager, Omar was great, we had excellent communication from before we flew to PR. We got in late at night, and he was kind enough to wait for us to show us the property and surroundings. He also sends us a link with highly recommended restaurants and activities to do. The parking space was super convenient, literally a few steps from the door. We did not spend a lot of daytime in the apartment since we had our days full of fun activities in the nearby areas, but everyone agreed that when we come back to PR we will stay in the same place. Ihad not realized how deteriorated the buildings and pool were! It was really bad. The apartment itself was clean, but there was a plague uf bugs...what we calll"" mimes""

We loved how well this home completed everyone's needs 3 beds 2 baths made getting everyone ready in a timely manner ! Being a family of 5 it takes some time getting ready

The accommodation provided ample rooms for the family, we used two of the rooms which was sufficient, an extra room with two bunks beds were available. Two full baths, a working kitchen and a dinning area which extended to the living room. The balcony allows a view of the pool and Luquillo Beach, allowing one to enjoy the breeze from the beach, while hearing the waves through the day. There is parking in gated area for one car with additional parking in the streets. Luquillo Beach was a short walk from us, with plenty of places to eat and a market and pharmacy closed by. Alana, the property manager was helpful and resourceful, texting us weather reports. You will enjoy your stay.

It was remarkable very easy.

This is a lovely property and a great location to enjoy Puerto Rico. We enjoyed El Yunque, las Pailas, and took the ferry to Vieques all very close to the property. Very easy booking and friendly and fast service from Alana! Thank you for a great vacation spot!

The property was dark and it felt like you were staying in the projects. The apartment felt unsafe, so much that the renter quoted how "you must not be from P.R" when we asked regarding the bars on the door. I wish I would have scrolled more through the reviews as there were similar concerns. We ended up leaving a few hours after we arrived and went to a hotel as we stepped out to get a bite to eat and when we returned the gate was open although we locked it. The house was dusty and the patio furniture inside the house was old. The furniture outside was rusty and the air conditioner from one of the bedrooms was barely working. It needed a fan to help. You have to work around their check-in and check-out times (needed to pay an additional 25.00 for late chech-out although I paid an extra night). It just felt dingy. We told her we didn't stay in the apartment and shared concerns and she did not even bother to refund us for our money or at least partial.

It was the perfect property for my family ( 7 ) members, near the beach of Luquillo. Also first floor, easy to walk in and out.

The communication with the owner always was excellent, the apartment has everything you need specially is you are traveling with kids. If you’re going to the beach you don’t need to worry for chairs or a cooler because they have all this for your convenience. The pool doesn’t have restrictions to use it like other places but looks a little bit old. Play azul is really close like 3 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay but is far from San Juan.

We were all very understanding and forgiving of the repairs and upgrades needed, Maria and Covid have taken their toll. The place really needs a thorough cleaning. The ceiling fans were literally dripping with gross dust. under the beds was bad. I moved the microwave a few inches in order to gain some counter space and was appalled. The top of the fridge is another place to attend to. We are not the kind of people to post online but the next people might. We Really appreciated the quality and comfort of the beds and the furniture. The available coolers, grill and lawn furniture was appreciated and used. The location was perfect for us The value was great.

Alana was a great host; easy to correspond w/ before our trip by email & easy to text w/ during our stay; friendly, helpful & pleasant. The condo is conveniently located, easy drive to/from the airport; close to several beaches, the rainforest, kioskos, grocery store & Walgreens. The kitchen had all the things we needed during our stay. The laundry machine was helpful. The condo had beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and a cooler for use. The living space was comfortable for our group which consisted of 4 adults & 4 children. We ultimately enjoyed our stay & made the best of the experience but there are several things that we wish were more clearly outlined in the listing & the past reviews. Most importantly 2 safety concerns: the only way to lock & unlock the unit is with the keys bc of humidity, rust, & age, the locks were finicky and difficult to use. In an emergency situation, this could result in tragedy. Another concern is that there is only 1 exit, the front door, bc the balcony was locked with a padlock & did not have stairs even though stairs from the balcony were in the photos of the listing. We were surprised by the metal bar door that preceded the wooden door to enter the condo, the outside condition of the building was not what we expected, based on the photo in the listing. The siding of the building is peeling in several areas, many of the units on the ground level, including this unit did not have stairs from their balcony any more. We assumed most of the damage is from Hurricane Maria 2017. There was also an annoying squealing sound from the toilet in the guest bathroom from something in the tank of the toilet. We felt the "private gate to access Playa Azul beach" was misleading. The private gate leads to the street where you have a short walk to a public beach. We read ALL past reviews before booking, several of which mentioned that the beach was beautiful & enjoyed by them. Unfortunately this was not our experience. The beach was covered in seaweed, the sand was barely visible & covered in litter/trash including discarded chicken bones & ribs. Luckily Luquillo Beach is a quick drive & better maintained. While the listing states that there is only one parking spot for the unit, it was not clear that a 2nd car would be required to park on the street. W/ only 1 button for the car gate & 1 set of keys for the gate, having 2 cars was annoying. All in all we had a good time, but wish the above things were better outlined.

This property was exactly what we needed. We really had a great time there. The location of the property was perfect. And Alana was great. Very helpful. The house was clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool was a bonus and let's not forget relaxing on the porch at night listening to the waves, priceless. We will definitely be planning to come back.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The host was always in communication when needed and replied very fast. The pool was clean and everyone followed the social distancing guidelines. I truly recommend this place for a lovely short vacation.
