J avais réservé au départ avec une carte de crédit mais arrivée sur place le déposiez devait être avec la même carte de crédit Ils m ont dit pas de soucis vous payez avec votre nouvelle carte la nuit et le déposite Et nous vous rembourserons le premier paiement….. Mensonge ou vol je ne sais pas mais depuis le 26juillet aucun remboursement…et aucun retour de leur part malgré mais mails avec les preuves ….. A fuir vraiment

Quarto grande, café da manhã ok.

Um pouco de cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Deve ter sito um hospede mal educado.

The rooms were like your own apartment. The pool and hot tub were kept in great condition. The breakfasts were beyond the usual hotel free breakfasts. The staff was excellent. Desk person upgraded us because we asked for a single king and they only had doubles left. We didn't utilize it, being just two people but it was nice. Overall, great stay.

The potholes getting to the hotel were like sinkholes. I know it isn't the hotel's fault but that was about the only unpleasant thing I could think of.

Very spacious room, and a nice layout. Made it feel very private.

A few things were a tiny bit rough like some grease stains on the counter doors, some trim being loose that I stubbed my toe on. A light bulb was burnt out in the upstairs bathroom.

The location! The Facilities were awesome! The Breakfast was superb!

The dryers do not work in the laundry room. We spent $25 and still had wet clothes. Watch your statement! We were charged a different amount than we were supposed to be through booking and no one can figure out where the extra charges are coming from. The hotel blames booking and booking blames the hotel. I called hotel corporate, and the Lady was completely rude! she stated that we needed to call booking. I had already called booking and they confirmed the amount that should have been charged in. The hotel confirmed that the amount that came through from booking was the same amount that we should have been charged, but they could not explain where the extra charge came from. this has happened twice within a month. The set up of this property is very nice, but the rooms look like they were quickly painted over instead of truly refurbishing them.

Sara at the front desk was great greeting us and checking us in. Very professional, welcoming, and friendly.

Noisy: A/C unit, top floor guests, and bed base. Breakfast wasn't great.
