Climbing the stairs. I have bad knees

The stairs are too steep and should be on the information. If I knew about the stairs I would’ve stayed at another location. My wife has a bad hip, I have bad knees and it was difficult getting up the stairs.

We booked a room on the ground floor as advertised only to find out that was now used for storage and our room was on the top floor up four flights of stairs. My wife is handicapped so no why could we stay. We were out $325.00 and ended up driving back home . We tried to get a refund with no luck. The room is still on booking .com as a entire ground floor room. Please change this before an other handicapped person gets hurt or pays for a room they cannot use.

Great location easy to walk to food, convention center, beach. It's nice to have the kitchen so we dont have to eat out every day.
