Location and cleanliness.

The lighting in the room! Very low wattage bulbs which I didn’t care for, especially at night. Brighter lighting in the room is definitely needed.

Very clean,pleasant staff.

There was not anything we didn't like.

Location was perfect to visit our kids at Stout :)

This hotel is very clean with a great location across the street from campus. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

The room was overpriced. I didn’t appreciate their parking lot policies. Only 1 car per room. We had a family members coming for out of state and they had to park on the street somewhere. We were sternly told if we don’t move we will be towed. Then check out is early at 11am. We asked for a noon check out and it was an unpleasant hard no. I know staffing is tight, but usually the front desk people are more reasonable about check out when many people are in town for an event.
