Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage! Alles tip top. Personal nett und bemüht. Pool am Dach perfekt nach einem sightseeing Tag. Direkt im Wharf District ein neuer Inbezirk in Washington.

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Das Hotel und das Zimmer immer sind sehr schön und sauber. Die Größe des Studios war auch toll. Das Abräumservice beim Frühstück war Top und sehr freundlich.

Eigentlich haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Wharf gebucht, ist ja auch teurer. Das war ein Seitenblick und da hat man nicht viel gesehen. Unsere Freunde haben weniger gezahlt (die Wharfseite wurde nicht bei der Buchung angegeben) und hatten den gleichen Ausblick wie wir nur vom 9 Stock - wir waren im 4. Stock. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr dürftig um diesen Preis. Der Sitzplatz für die Gäste ist einfach zu wenig. Ein ständiger Kampf um einen Sitzplatz. Einmal benötigten wir Hilfe betreffend eines Anrufes von der Rezeption. Das war nicht möglich und hat uns gleich abgewiesen. Finde ich eigentlich Schade - schließlich ist das Hotel nicht irgendeine Absteige. Der Tagespreis der Garage beim Hotel ist auch sehr hoch. Als Gast könnte man schon eine Ermäßigung bekommen.

Valet parking at $65 seemed a bit high. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. The staff was not very friendly. There were about 4 to 5 staff at checkin counter. They were all so loud talking to each other I could barely hear what the checkin attendant was saying. Not the kind of service I am used to from a Hyatt Hotel.

Great comfy room and bed. Good TV with a real remote. Top quality breakfast with plenty of options. Closest thing to a european breakfast I've seen in the USA!

Fantastic location. This is a great area to stay in if your are on holiday in Washington. The Wharf is lively and has a great atmosphere. Close to all the sights and very accessible Decent breakfast - very functional - but good choices for everyone Kids (teenagers) enjoyed the pool

Room (king suite), for a family of 4, is pretty tight but worth it for the location. Good facilities within the room. Housekeeping - only had this for one day out of 4. Not sure if this is normal. We had to ask for the sheets and towels for the kids. These arrived pretty swiftly so all was fine.

The hotel has a great location, nice service, clean, very good and varied breakfast, beautiful surroundings, restaurants, a beautiful promenade along the port with fountains and various attractions, and the swimming pool on the roof is amazing! Washington is amazing, it surprised us with its appearance and cleanliness as a city!

We had some complications finding the hotel entrance and then parking the car, although once you know and look around, it's not complicated. Card elevators are certainly safe, but cumbersome!

Un ottimo hotel per chi vuole visitare Washington. Struttura enorme, moderna, posizionata nel nuovo quartiere The Wharf ricco di locali e intrattenimenti. Il National Mall è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti o con una comodissima navetta gratuita con fermata di fronte all'hotel. Pulizia buona, staff efficiente, non mancano palestra e piscina.

L'impianto dell'aria condizionata è estremamente rumoroso e, soprattutto nelle ore notturne, può rappresentare un notevole disagio. La colazione è decisamente migliorabile sia per quanto concerne l'organizzazione delle sedute (che nelle ore di punta diventa effettivamente molto caotica) sia per la varietà delle proposte (scarsissima l'offerta nel reparto dolce, in quello salato mancano formaggi e affettati).

The room was nice and location was great.

Small pool, no shade at all, it’s very bad with a little kid. Hotel staff entered our room and put sheets on our bed even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, worst breakfast we ever had at any restaurant.

The main added value of this hotel is the location. It's in a safe neighborhood. The Wharf is a nice place to spend the evenings in, strolling by Washington Channel, or having a dinner in one of the many restaurants around. L'Enfant Plaza subway station is within reasonable walking distance. You can also walk to the national mall and all its attractions. Although the rooms are a bit worn out, they are clean, and housekeeping does a good job. The breakfast is good enough, unless you're very picky.

All in all, the accommodation is quite expensive for what you get. And the personnel attitude is a bit distant, slightly below what one would expect in the US.

Break fast was great but the parking is horrible and you have pay to park. I thought with our stay we wouldn’t have pay so much park.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t free parking with your stay.

Everything! It was close to restaurants, it wasn’t too hard to locate.

La situation de l'Hotel dans un quartier moderne et à la mode

Le petit déjeuner complètement désorganisé ... manque de personnel ....de couverts, d'assiettes , buffet non rechargé et pas assez de place pour s'installer à table , du coup celà nuit considérablement à l'image de l'hôtel qui à part cette partie là est parfait

The staff was great. The location was fantastic. The problem for me was the rooms ,you were not able to open any window and I was having problem with allergy because a lot of dust. The windows can never be open so the rooms are not good. Me and my husband didn’t sleep all the night.

Kenny Walker was exceptional, he accommodated us to the best of his ability and made sure we’re comfortable for the remainder of our stay

I booked a month in advance to get there and they told me they were over sold so we had to get another room, the lady said it was an upgrade but we got in and was one king bed in a 4x4 box with a clogged sink and a burnt toilet seat, I had a party of 4.. I originally booked a 2 bed room with a sofa bed and lots of space, now they gave us a percentage off the room and told us we would be switched to a better room first thing in the morning just for the morning to come and they tell us they have to call us back and had us waiting with no new room and then telling us they’re over booked again and have to wait for us to get a room. We stepped away from the hotel to get brunch to come back to housekeepers in our room with all our bags and belongings open everywhere and no one told us there would be anyone in our room especially with us supposedly switching rooms, we were very disappointed, we finally got a new room around 3pm the next day and it was what I paid for but the whole situation was my birthday stay so just imagine being told “we have good news and bad news” just for them to proceed to give me only bad news.

I loved the location by the water. Alot of things to do. The metro was awesome. Breakfast was great!

My first room was dirty when I arrived but the staff moved me to a clean room immediately. They were friendly and professional.
