Location was perfect -walking distance to everything..we didn't even use the car The swimming pool is great but needs some maintenance The appartement was extremely cleaned

-the hotel was closed when we arrived. It's not understandable although the check-in could only be made after 4pm, that we could not even enter the lounge area and wait in the fresh. - After a long trip we had to make our own beds. The sheets were left on top of the beds. Not even on air bnb has this ever happened to us and although it's not a big deal to make a bed, it's a simple detail that makes all the difference. -we had only 2 towels for 4 people. Fortunately we brought our own since we came by car, otherwise we would have to buy new ones. -we had only half of a roll of toilet paper, for a family of 4, and none was given during 10 days. -there was no cleaning during 10 days. New sheets were given after 8 days only! And no new towels! - they told us we didn't have to bring a coffee machine. In the end there was no coffee machine in the appartement, only a classical coffee maker, old Italian style. -in the swimming pool there is no staff, which means that no one is there to make sure rules apply, no one to make sure there are no accidents or incidents, nothing. -as there is no service at all and the hotel is closed from 8pm, the noise was at times unbearable, kids placed near families, noise until 2/3AM -there were pieces of the swimming pool coming off. Maintenance is really needed to avoid small injuries. -During the time the reception was open, anyone could enter the hotel and the swimming pool. On the other hand when the reception was closed no one could enter the hotel without a key. This duality of criteria is not understandable neither. Basically it's appartements and there is no service at all so if you choose this place bare this in mind.

Near the beach and city center but far enough to enjoy quiteness.

Rooms are very noisy are able to hear actual conversations of the neighbors and de screeching of cheers on the floor.

The attention on the front desk was amazing, nice attention of the staff, and very helpfull.

A very wellplanned apartment! There were dishcleaning products, a big +! A good sized balcony. Safety deposit box in the room!

Wifi was notoriously unreliable and could be easily resolved by the property upgrading their bandwidth and access point placement. Walls were thin and neighbours interrupted sleep.

clean, spacious, quiet, had all the needed kitchen equipment. staff were friendly and useful.

having to ask for Iron then informed only allowed it for a day having to ask for kettle for it to break down second day so left without both for remander of holiday

WiFi was very unreliable. Had serious trouble with work calls. Two separate beds instead of one double bed was annoying. Air conditioner not powerful enough (maybe not well maintained?)
