Unit 1 has a beautiful view, felt cozy and safe

Me and my boyfriend John loves the property. it’s beautiful and clean. We love the backyard beach view. And we would love to come back again we visit next time.

There’s nothing we don’t like. everything is great.

location. very quiet. other guests were very friendly. liked having our own private beach area.

*THE UNiT WE RESERVED WAS ADVERTISED AS A GROUND FLOOR UNiT. My husband is handicapped and had a lot of trouble getting up the steps. that is the reason I booked the unit!!!!! *There were a million fire ants were attacking us in the common area where the chairs are close to the building. * We had trouble with communicating with the hosts. Their emails were going to my spam, but they finally called me back, and got that straightened out. * Coffee pot had mold in the bottom. yuck! the coffee maker was provided but NO COFFEE provided. WHAT! *. Rust all over the refrigerator! very disturbing. *. The air conditioner fan ran continuously!!!! It never shut off. very noisy and disturbing. * The steps are a little dangerous, need reinforcing. * Not sure if the entire unit would pass inspection.

The shower has a window that looks like you can’t see from the outside but you can see everything from the outside! They need to have a blind/curtain in each unit!

The location is amazing and was perfect for our 3 day getaway!

The dishes in the cupboards were not clean. Very disappointing to arrive and feel like I had to wash everything

Location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and place was clean. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Close to restaurants and grocery store.

Did not have the room number sent to us so I had to call.

One last comment about lighting. Did you know the lights on both stairways do not work? It was pitch black that night, and had difficulty seeing where we were going. We were speaking to another family about this as well. We love the facility and view though, but it does need to be updated for $500 for two nights.

The place was very clean and the beach was a few steps away. They had everything you need for the beach like towels, umbrella, chairs etc. ( Didn't use any of it though). The location was also convenient. Away from hustle and bustle, but just minutes away from usual fast food places and stores. Overall it was a good place to stay and will definitely come back in warmer weather.

If I have to pick, the only thing I would say is that they charge an extra cleaning fee but then they expect you to clean any dishes used. I only used couple of plates and a cup which I hand washed as there is no dishwasher. So It wasn't a big deal.

super clean and the beach was beautiful. the room was very well equipped.

I think you either need to change the code to the room with each guest or not provide it until the day of their check in. we were awaken at 11pm by the guest scheduled on Saturday night. he had already been given the code, and he thought he had the room Friday night as well. it was VERY startling…and interrupted our sleep. it could have been a dangerous situation. we were NOT happy. The mistaken guest was very apologetic. but knowing anyone staying in that room could enter it, was disturbing and made us feel our belongings were insecure. this would prevent me from staying here again OR recommending it to others.

This was a great location for our Girl Get Away. We had everything we needed. We stayed in the lower gulf front unit with views all day and spectacular sunsets.

Sheets on the fold out sofa bed appeared to have not been cleaned from the previous residents.
