The location is great as it is close to a lot of stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. The house itself is a bit outdated but the space is extremely comfortable and everything was clean. we really enjoyed the time there and the outdoor pool. Even thought it is Florida, I would recommend getting the pool headed. We stayed in April and the water was extremely cold (at least for our likes). Nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this place for sure!!

No complaints at all. We had a minor set back with the main entrance door code but it was resolved fairly quickly.

I choose it because of the location, my family lived close by, the neighbors were super nice, it was nice and quiet, the area is beautiful, even the pets were friendly.

It had too much restrictions, only a certain amount of people could come by, so I had to visit my family, they couldn't come visit me, if you weren't part of the paying guest at the property, you could not go inside the pool, the property is nice, but needs to be upgraded, and updated, more attention needs to be paid to cleaning, when checking out, there is a list of things that you have to do before leaving, what am I paying the expensive cleaning fee for? It was the last and closest property to my family.

I liked the cleanliness and the amenities. It had a high chair and playpen, a study full complemented kitchen and a pool. There was detergent and dishwasher soap available. Did not heat the pool as it was in August.

I tightened some loose screws on chairs and fixed some falling towel hooks. I would've preferred if there were some pool nets and sweeper just to fine tune the pool before a swim.

I was met at the property for a walk-thru to make sure that we knew how to operate door code, air, lights (well labeled), etc. There was plenty of room for everyone. Grandchildren LOVED the pool and library area. Beds were very comfortable. Property owner took time to check in with us during stay to make sure everything was good.

More children's books in the library.

Plenty of space for 8 adults. Roomy. Nice pool. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Great for our family vacation.

This property was indeed a home away from home! We all felt comfortable and welcome the moment we walked through the door. Very spacious and loved that we could all wake up together as a family and make breakfast rather than having separate hotel rooms. Also, having the pool all to ourselves was terrific (we paid extra to have it heated). The owner was responsive to any questions we had while booking and throughout the stay and very gracious. The location is minutes from anything you need, such as restaurants, groceries, etc. It was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding we attended.

There were lots of extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. The home offers a printer (which would have been convenient for printing our boarding passes), but the ink cartridges were not registering. I believe it had not been used in a while and needs checking. These were minor inconveniences compared to the perks.
