No gym

The hotel was very close to the venue we were visiting. The hotel was very clean, and our room was large and comfortable.

The only negative was the high price for our one night stay.

The staff at the front desk in the afternoon/night was very friendly and attentive. It made a huge difference. We were able to early check in and late check out. THANKS A LOT!

The pool was closed. We are also charged for the use of the parking while we didn't use it one night and we stayed in the guest section on the other.

Absolutely nothing due to the incredibly rude night receptionist. Refused to give us our room due to miscommunication with Booking.com and was unwilling to articulate the issue and help.

The property is in a nice location, close the venue for the event we came for, and walking distance to restaurants.

I’m assuming they are understaffed bc everything took a long time. Even the breakfast I paid for with my room took forever because I had to wait in a line to get a voucher from the one front desk staff working to check guest out, when we were rushing to eat and get to our event. It was a buffet but we had to wait for silverware, condiments and drinks from one server taking care of the whole place. And there was a tween party happening in the rooms on our floor. They were literally running sprints in the halls, yelling, etc until after midnight. Called staff to ask them to help minimize noise and never heard them come up (I did ask the girls to be a little quieter, and asked them if there was an adult with them I could talk to but no adult ever appeared).

The location is excellent for dining, shopping, and relaxing. Walking distance to the dine-in movie theatre was a lot of fun - we went twice!

A bit excessive to charge a parking fee.

Matresses very uncontable . Shower slow water prescion . Restorant poor ,paid for brestfast and it was burn and dry . Horrible experiance i returned and I still have to paid for .never touche the meal . I will never stay in this hotel i paid 241.00 for at nithg and I wasnt work any penny i paid for .

Upon my arrival the front desk clerk wasn't very inviting. Very dry and nonchalant. Also, the overpriced breakfast. C'mon guys!!! Lastly, the hallways smell very stuffy as though there may have been some water damage somewhere, OR the carpet needs a deep clean.

Room was like every Hilton Garden inn room. Clean, modern, comfortable. Ample parking. Free coffee in the lobby.

Fees. Free wi-if offered is useless, be prepared to pay $5 a day for WiFi. Parking is $12. Breakfast buffet is $26. I was charged $3 for something I don’t even know what. At $200 a night plus fees, it’s pricey.

The kitchen area was a bit smaller than I expected and the room needed some minor repairs such as an extractor fan and toilet roll holder in the bathroom. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and did not look to clean.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was horrible. Food quality horrible. Not worth $25. Worst breakfast my family & I ever experienced in a hotel. Fire the chef. Server was miserable.
