We had a hard time finding someone at the front desk a few times when we were trying to check in.

It's kept very nice and the bedding was so clean and comfortable, the fireplace in the room was cozy and a nice surprise. The front desk gave us excellent breakfast and dinner suggestions that we took.

Dream room facilities were excellent. Fireplace was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot tub and pool was great.

Staff was often missing from desk. They were very helpful but often not present. Rooms seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast could have been a little updated compared to other places. The couch was sagging and there was no desk in the room.

Bed was not comfortable. Hard mattress. too sift pillows .

Walls are pretty thin and I had a noisy neighbor. Also the internet connection was a bit tricky with relatively low speeds.

Staff was very friendly throughout the stay.

Rooms smelt musty and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The shower was very nice

I thought I booked 2 beds and the couch was not comfortable

Extremely outdated hair dryers. I would need an extended check out time in order to dry my hair with those in the wall dryers. We have been staying here for MANY years and it’s time for an update.

The room was clean and bigger than expected. A bit outdated, but that was part of the "cuteness" of the lodge experience.

Everything we stay here everyone we visit my family. Great hotel, small quaint and the staff is amazing.

Nothing we don’t like.

The property is right off major roads but far enough away so no noise. Surrounded by trees and animals. Superb staff. Rooms were great. Can’t rave enough about the place.
