Booked this hotel bc it stated pool and bar! Looked as if it would be a great fit being that this was a family trip with my children! Arrived at hotel and pool wasn’t working and they stated bar was closed since Covid started!

The way you have to shop online for a better price. When I called the hotel, the price was quite a bit more.

The location was a little out of the way but once we found our way around, there were things in that area. The layout was great but didn't give a lot of room to put suitcases or storage.

Had to make other arrangements because booking mess up my stay. Never sent my reservation to the hotel..bad business..better use expedia..

Staff was not very personable or friendly

Everything was great. No issues really.

If I had to say anything negative about the stay, it would be that the door peep holes were not covered and there is a large gap under the door. Often could hear everything in the hall and the hall light shown through the door peep holes like lasers cutting through the dark.

Very clean and spacious especially for my family of 5 .

I can’t find any cons at this time
