Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff were happy to help. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Workout room is well-equipped. The property was secure and safe for someone traveling alone.

I did not like the fact that I was there three days got one bag of towels left outside the door no housekeeping whatsoever the toilet rocked so bad you could barely sit on it the guy came to look at it so I'll fix it Monday I still will I'll be gone Monday and he didn't care they offer a free breakfast but the breakfast is all prepackaged crap that you could get it any convenience store I should not be able to advertise what they're offering as breakfast just was a very unsatisfactory trip all in all personally it was perfect but lodging it was very subpar for the extreme amount of money I got charged not happy

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the Big Four bridge and all the restaurants, It is the best area to stay when visiting Louisville, Kentucky, quiet, safe, and close to everything. It was great having a kitchen to heat up food. Breakfast was good. There was freshly cooked oatmeal with toppings along with the usual fare.

There should have been dish soap for washing the dishes.

Easy parking. Rooms were grrrrrreattt, pool was AWESOME. Washer and dryer was on site. Staff was overly nice pleasant and accomidating😊. BEST I HAVE SEE IN A LONG LONG TIME. THEY WERE VERY VERY KIND!

Harvey is a wonderful employee who makes the breakfast a special experience. Denise is a great GM who is very helpful on the telephone. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. The Derby welcome gift was much appreciated!

The general manager took great measures to check in with us and make sure that we were happy with our room. The staff was professional and provided feedback on places to shop/eat. If I travel again, I will be coming back.

The lack of room service. This wasn't too much trouble because I was in/out of the room frequently, but offering it at least once during my stay would be nice.

The location was superb. The staff was exceptional and the exercise equipment was in good condition.

The hallways were dated and the breakfast stopped too early. I know it’s over at 10, but we had a celebration of life til late in the night, and after exercising and showering, I made it down at 10:15. They should consider going until 11 on weekends.

The location was great for our visit. The facilities were nice overall. The fitness room was well-equipped although some pieces needed repair. The lobby/breakfast attendant, Harvey, was very friendly and offered information and history about the area.

The facilities, though nice overall, are beginning to show age. Housekeeping was okay but not top notch - perhaps there are staffing issues like everywhere else.
