Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und kam meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmertausch nach. In der Nähe des Hotels befindet sich ein Shoppingcenter und mehrere Restaurants, somit ist man in Jackson gut versorgt.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben dem Highway I-40 und hat somit eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Meinem Wunsch des Zimmertausches nach einer Nacht mit Fenster in Richtung Highway wurde aber sofort stattgegeben.

The bathroom lighting was a downer. The lights was to dim. That's a down grade from my stay at the Marriot

The property was in a good location and very clean.

The staff is not friendly and welcoming at all. Not over the phone when I called the day before with a question, nor at check in. The woman at the desk at checkout was nice.

Your doors to the rooms don't close I tried 2 rooms and the doors will not close.

They have a restaurant in the Hotel, and it was fantastic. Loved the coffee machines in the rooms. The staff were friendly and always had a smile. So really, I liked my stay there.

I could have done without the ice on the roads, but that is all.
