The room was not cleaned well and they don't replenish tissue, toilet paper and body wash.

Convenient location

Breakfast was mediocre, and the dining are was not as clean as it should have been. Parking was very expensive and it took a long time to get your car. Our room was not clean when we checked in .

It was nice, new, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They didn’t clean our room when we requested. I think the cleaning team was short staffed.

Everything was good. It fit my needs.

Loved the location. It was close to all the places we wanted to go. 20-minute drive to Universal Studios and Dodgers stadium. We walked to the galleries, Portos bakery, 85°C bakery, and all our favorite restaurants and stores were walking distance. The staff was super nice and friendly, always greeting you no matter the time you showed up. My kids loved going to breakfast and the pool. We will definitely book again in future family vacations.

I'm not a big fan of valet parking due to bad experience. Wish the parking lot was bigger or more open for those who prefer to park on their own. So we decided to park in the building that was next to the hotel. Still, it was super close to the main entrance.

Additional offsite parking of $30 per day was horrendous and unbelievable!! Never had this at any nice hotel anywhere ever!!!! Put us over our budget and ruined our day for sure !!!

I love the location and shower was great. I love that my dog was so welcome here as well. Parking was close but not included and the breakfast was kinda bland and poor quality.

parking was awful, unless you wanted to valet park your car you had to walk a block to park your car in a scary garage. no handicap parking and my mother had to walk so far to park her car.

phone wasn’t working in our room. asked a couple times for it to be fixed but no one ever came to fix it or replace.
