the unit was completely different the one shows at pictures everything need to be fox all tile floors at unit are loose and too much humidity come from that reason appliances make to much noise because ara to old har to get sleep very nice location but the room really outdated

The Condo was Beautiful with a perfect front row Ocean View. It was upgraded and very well taken care of. We will definitely book with Bill and Vicki again!!! A class’s owners!

Loved the pools and just steps to the ocean. and room 702 was amazing

I think all pools need to be heated the building blocks the sun after about 2:00pm and the pool is cool then. and the heated pool needs to be a little warmer. inside pool definitely needs to be warmer

The AC wasn’t working up to par.

We' enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk Resort. Especially nice is the expansive pool area which was a highlight. Our experience with Unit 702, however, is mixed. I will try to be constructive. Positives: -beautiful view of the ocean; -nice balcony; -spacious floor plan -appears to be recently painted; -cheerful “beachy” wall hangings; -relatively, and mostly, clean; -live bands on Friday and Saturday evening. Not so good: -usually no hot water; take shower late in the day to maximize chance of hot water(even after notifying property manager and front desk; front desk more helpful than property manager); -TV in living room did not have sound control; after many hours of effort, and thanks to front desk, technician corrected; TV operation needs written instructions. -safe inoperable; -conglomeration of kitchen cooking/eating utensils, dishes, pots - and only one small frying pan; -shower drips; tub controls need repair; -cheap toilet paper; -king sheet was too small and kept coming off; -only two “half dollar” size hand soaps; -no dish soap, (but, three dishwasher pods which was enough); -living room needs at least one more lamp, preferably two. This property has the potential to be a very good one with more owner/property management attention than it is receiving.

the south tower closes everything way too early. if you stay on the south side towers there is more to do. the pool and hot tub both closed and they had security guards that were ridiculous.

Great location ,great view. Would definitely go back again.Room was clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful view, clean apartment, desk staff were excellent, easy check in, facilities very nice, convenient to restaurants etc. Would definitely come again.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Kitchen could use a cookie sheet and pizza pan. Couch was uncomfortable. Basically no complaints.
