I think it’s a little over priced for what you get. Especially for the area. It would definitely make people feel like it’s a good value if you offered a free breakfast. I bought a bottle of water at front desk that cost almost 4 dollars. I won’t be staying there again.

We spent merely $1000 for 2 nights between the stay and food. The meals were horrendous. We didn't have one good meal the entire stay.

Love that this facility is the best around the area just wish the rest was better. Better food, much better service and slightly rude waitress. Other than that very nice. Lady at reception was very nice.

the property is cozy and quiet located right on the Salmon River.

The property has private fishing access but nobody checks to see if it’s guests only. The banks could use some trimming up for more open access. The river has PFR on the opposite side of the river where every dope wades to the center of the river and casts at your feet.

Up charge for the stay was excessive in my opinion

This is a very nice hotel that accommodates fisherman. It’s a gem.
