Very close to things we wanted ti go to such as pier park, gulf world, and 2 beachfront restaurants. We loved how our room was also on the 23rd floor right as you get off the elevator. Easy to get to and great view!

When we arrived, the maids were still cleaning & a STRONG odor of marijuana was coming from our room. They apologized, it’s no big deal to me, however I don’t smoke and didn’t want the blame. Then we noticed we had tons of mold in our ice maker in the fridge. Gross. Then next came a part of the chair falling off when we went to pull it out. It was broken and stuck back on.. the room tho is cute and cosy aside from those small issues.

I really enjoyed the location of the condo, and how easy it is to get access to the beach.

The condo above us and around us made alot of noise especially late at night and in the early morning when we were trying to sleep. It was very disrespectful to the surrounding condos making it sound like they were moving furniture constantly and making other loud noises.

Everything was so nice, this was the best most relaxing vacation I've ever had. I mostly relaxed inside while my children partake in the varies activities near the resort.

I wanted to add another day to our stay, however they were already booked so we couldn't. Would've also liked to have a restaurant option there at the resort, but it was definitely a 10 for me.

I didn't like that Theresa's no policy for people leaving a towel on chairs for hours while the go to beach making no chairs available specifically for family with kids and elderly people big draw back there should be someone watching that and give other people chances at the pools

The apartment was nice

The staff and residents was very raciest someone put a note on are door saying that we was moving to much in are room and called the police on us every hour the police told us to make a complaint on them it was obvious they wanted us out

Our favorite place to go every September! Perfect for kids and we love the little restaurant in the condo !

Honestly we love this property, we hope to get the same One next year !

Roaches, primary tub didnt drain while taking a shower

Emerald Beach is a top-notch affordable condominium resort comparable to any location on the beach in PCB. The entire resort is well-managed, clean, and inviting. The fact that it includes a gated parking garage and “hidden” security throughout is an absolutely impeccable added bonus.

It was a bit confusing to have both the Emerald Beach resort condos and the Wyndham Club condos in the same building but it wasn’t a hassle. Also, trekking from the garage and then finding the correct elevators to your unit was tricky (especially with a luggage cart) but again, not a huge deal and well worth it for the fact that the views from ALL of the condos at the Emerald Beach building are literally UNBEATABLE.

This was the best view ever to the beach! It was sooo beautiful at any time of they day.

I wish we could have checked in earlier. But it’s okay because the wait was so worth it!

The only thing that was wrong was one of the handicap chairs to get into hottub didn't work was waiting on parts though so they did have them ordered Wished the area had better sidewalks to go walking

Very nice facility.

Wish the pools were closer together. Our condo had dirty dishes so we had to wash everything before using it. Toilet was clogged and when I reached out they asked if we tried unclogging it ourselves but no one ever reached out again.

There were cockroaches at the bed

Broken chair in balcony where I almost hurt myself badly. The sheets had stains on them and mattress cover for sofa bed was ripped and torn. The cable did not work in the bedroom. I had to trouble shoot and figured it out the last night. The cable wire was very sensitive and had to be a certain way for the cable to work. Also, there was an option to ask questions via text messaging. The times that I used that option, they replied two hours later. I had to figure it out myself.

The bar at pool was not open my entire 3 night stay. Maybe because it was through the week? I don't know.

It’s hard to take the wristbands off

The location was great. The resort itself was great. They had two pools and bars at each which were nice. We also enjoyed the activities they had at night- smores, dancing by the pool, and fake tattoos.

Honestly, I do not know where to begin. When we first got there, we opened the door and the smell of marijuana almost blew us away. We called the number given and after 25 minutes we finally got to talk to someone and they said there was not much they could do because smoking isn't allowed in the room. They sent someone to the room and all they did was pour bleach down the drain and it completely ruined my bathing suit. When I spoke to someone about this, again after waiting 20 plus minutes to get a person on the phone, and sent pictures they refused to do anything about it. There was a stain on the master bed sheets before we ever laid in the bed. The floors were also disgusting. I am adding a picture of our feet right after we got out the shower upon arrival. There were no kitchen trash bags either, we called and were told to go buy some. Then. hours later when my best friend, her 10 year old daughter and me where undressed and getting our bathing suits on and a staff member didnt knock on the door but just opened it and then proceeded to stand there and stare at all 3 of us naked. My 13 year old had to take the trash bag he brought and shut the master bedroom door where we were and he finally left. When this was brought up, they said "our team walking in on you when dressing was not pleasant." This for a staff member standing there staring while 2 adults and a minor were naked. Wow is all I can say! There were several other things that we broken or missing like the toilet paper holder in the master bath but that is so minor to everything else we went through. It's hard as single mothers to be able to take their kids on a vacation period but to have to put up with all this and the staff didnt even seem to care is ridiculous. I would recommend Panama City Beach to anyone but to stay away from any rentals with Vacasa.

The pools were absolutely amazing!! My daughter loved it, and it was kid friendly. I loved it because it had enough chairs for everyone. The pool also had games to play.

The elevator system is very confusing. We parked on level 4 and our room was on the 22 floor. We had to get off the elevator on level three, walk across the sky bridge, take another elevator down to 1, and then walk to the room elevator.
