We loved everything!

Beautiful older Victorian home very spacious and comfortable common areas. Delicious breakfasts, walking distance to town, restaurants and bars. easily access to I-70 to go to other surrounding towns. very accommodating owners We would love to visit again.

I like everything here! It's amazing place and the best host.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was burned black, the toast and the "frittata." Jaime refused to allow us even one-eighth of a cup of milk to use in our tea even though a request for milk in tea is virtually universal. She also refused to allow us one slice of bread to toast in lieu of the burned piece served. We left very hungry with no edible breakfast and wen to lunch as quickly as we could down the street.

Jaime seemed inexplicably hostile from our arrival. Her husband and fellow business partner was Kind and considerate.

Jamie is a most gracious host and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of Rose Street B&B is excellent. It is very close to the Georgetown Loop RR, and just a short drive to Mt Evans. We had a variety of delicious breakfasts over three days. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The separate bathroom was dedicated to our room and had a spa-like shower.

The beautiful historic house! 😊. And the fact it is located in Georgetown.

Rose Street Bed and Breakfast is such a charming location. The owner Jamie is so incredibly sweet and the breakfast was excellent. She told us about the history of the house and recommended Guanella Pass, which ended up being our favorite part of the trip. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Jaimie was really welcoming, the breakfast was tasty and the room was very cozy. Natural products are available in the bathroom. It's located in the heart of Georgetown historic downtown.

I cant see anything we didn't like :)
