Nice quiet area with updated rooms

the tv was a blank screen most of the time. really hard to see. the bathroom sink was nasty. the floors in the room. we're filthy,. walking across them barefoot or in socks you got your feet dirty. you could feel the dirt on the floor

no coffee pot. and. no continental breakfast.

They allow dogs. The bed was comfortable if you could get past the uncleanliness. It was cheap for a few moments of sleep. Probably a great place for teens going to a game.

The property was very dirty and run down. The TV didn’t work. The door wouldn’t lock and if you didn’t slam the door and jiggle the handle the wind would blow it open. the safety lock was the only thing to keep the door closed. Felt like I was in the movie Vacancy.

Location was convenient for my needs. The staff was courteous and professional.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and it looked like it was falling apart.

We like Kim and Sam and the other guy in the front desk. They are very polite. Especially Miss Kim. The house keeper Amber made sure we are checked in comfortably. And the maintenance guy Chris is very helpful. I will definitely recommend it to everybody.

This hotel was a horrible experience I would never recommend this place

It was nasty and filthy

I never got to stay. My room was never ready despite waiting for several hours. The desk clerk agreed to cancel my reservation and a had to get a room at another hotel at a much higher price. I was billed for $180 for a room that was never ready and was cancelled!!!! I have been fighting this charge for weeks. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel!!!

Review for my sister Josette as she was one who stayed. I just booked it for her. She says : I will definitely stay here again. The prices are great and location is great. Plus Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming during a very difficulttime for me. The room was big and the bed comfy. Rooms inside are super clean.

Kimberly was super helpful at the desk. She made sure the guests were taken care of. GREAT VALUE!!

The girl at the desk was very nice and friendly. The price was ok.

Hotel is various states of disrepair, but not bad enough to avoid this place. All in all it's a very economical option.

It was convenient to the college

The floor had holes in it, pull out couch had cigarettes and dirty sheets on the mattress, and door had a huge gap in it where you could see outside. I went and bought cleaning materials to clean after check in

it was close to my school

The hotel is in a good location close to stores, restaurants, the University and the interstate. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I learned that I had the only "Suite" in the building with two rooms, two bathrooms and two TV's.

First, I was locked out of my room for at least 30 minutes due to an issue with a battery. It was cold outside. Staff offered to put me in a double room even though I paid for a King. The only consolation received was "I'm sorry." Second, there was a big bug crawling on the wall and the ceiling. The bug didn't bother me so I didn't bother the bug. Then I found hair and a dead roach in the bathroom sink. Third, it would have been nice to have had some heat in the second room. Finally, I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have an alarm clock, telephone AND coffeemaker.
