We did not avail ourselves of the Continental breakfast. The meals we did have ( lunch and dinner, were exceptional).
We arrived very late ( 8:30 PM) but the restaurant cooked a delicious full meal for us even though it was nearly closing time.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel were amazing both to look at and stay in with everything we needed, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette and the best towels and a stand in shower ( no tub to step into) appreciated by 2 very senior guests. I could go on... for a small town hotel your place is amazing. Who wouldn't want to stay in an art gallery for the night...
The pillows were lovely but too large and not soft enough. The lack of a window in our room was a bit disconcerting so we will have to book a different room the next time. Really " what's not to like"

The Hotel is super amazing and the rooms are so cool!! I have stayed there 5 times now and every time I have been in a room I just can't believe is in Chatham, On. Highly recommend going!! Also the CORK restaurant is very good!!

I was awestruck at my room, 210 Easy Rider. I took so many pictures and then sent them to my friends in Ottawa. The mattress was awesome. I was fascinated by the shower head. So cool. The hotel is totally RETRO. I could not stop taking photos and again shared with friends. I will be making a book of all my pics from there.
There was some kind of noise like a thump followed by two thumps every 2-3 minutes apart. I just put a pillow over my ear. I did not like the pillows as they were too soft for my liking. Maybe if two were soft and two were firm then there would be a choice.

Lack of hot water. I didn’t report it to staff but I was there for 4 nights and the hot water wasn’t available.

We were put in the rock and roll room, which was awesome. Had lots of memrobelia and what not relating to rock and roll. Was pleasently surprised with the small balcony it had attched to room, being a smoker and all.
Was dissapointed when I tried to rent room for another night, they were completly sold out. Good for them but not for me...lol

Friendly staff, good location interesting decor
For the price, was expecting nicer decor and fixtures in the bathroom, no alarm clocks and no smart plugs. Free wifi not very good

Location,location,location. Very easy to get around both in the hotel and out. Our room was original compared to "cookie cutter" chain hotels.
Finding somewhere to hang your shower towel was a challenge. Also I think a soap/ shampoo holder would be beneficial.

The continental breakfast was taken away too early. No restaurant available for breakfast
Restaurant not available on Sunday or at least inform guest on booking. Front staff not very good at giving directions

Lovely themed hotel, with each room uniquely furnished. Clean, interesting rooms. Highly recommend.
Other than the A/C being a little noisy in the room, nothing to complain about.

There was no breakfast. Restaurant opened at 11. That was disappointing.
Our room faced the parking lot and the security lights were on all night, as expected...but we had no black-out curtains...only sheer!
Our bedroom was bathed in light all night! Very bad for sleeping.
And the huge shower had no safety features! No grab bars...nothing.
I was deathly afraid to use it.

Really enjoyed the room. It was very big and loved how everything is retro. By far the best hotel I had ever stayed in. Can't wait to book another room soon. Next time the girlfriend and I are gonna book the log cabin room.
My only complaint would be no swimming pool and no hot tub. Other then that everything is perfect. Like i said can't wait to book our next room.

Its fun and beautiful and come often
Our first time in the library room, our sleep was so awful the bed was very uncomfortable. We actually had to put our pillows at the foot of the bed because there was such an incline the other way!
