The price for the location, excellent value.

The hot water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Literally the only "issue" which really was not that big a deal.

Very convenient location and compared with the going rates in the area, the price was reasonable. We found the room to be quiet.

The beds were OK but perhaps it’s getting to be time to consider some new mattresses. One of ours was a bit worn out. The building is quite old, and this might deter some people. However for a warm quiet place to stay close to beautiful scenery and several restaurants, it’s more than acceptable.

Location is great .Right by my route.Needs a lot of work done but appears to being upgraded.I would stay there again

Close to family, beds were comfy

Baseboards were held together wit duct tape & most were unattached, very unsightly. Caulking in shower needs replacing, is not clean. Everything is old and warn, desperate need of renovation.

room completely outdated. faucet plumbing backwards hot on the right. shower faucet did not work. went from very hot to cold while half the water could not be diverted to the shower head. shower walls were disgusting. tile on floor and walls were broken chipped and poorly recaulked. no manager after 630 and did not show up until 9 am. one key for the door and locks will lock you out when they open from the inside.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, 15 min drive to trailhead to hike mount washington.

Ignore the shower instructions, crank it all the way to get hot water, ceiling fan and bathroom fan were far too loud, ATVs revving their engines in the parking lot at 4 am.

I liked the location bein in downtown Gorham. They also had a hot tub (I didn't use). The front patio area was also nice to sit and relax. The room itself was clean with plenty of towels and soap. Also had a fridge in the room.

The bed seemed a little small. I may have booked a full size bed and not a queen, but I couldn't confirm what I booked on my reservation. Other than that there isn't anything to complain about. Good value.

We were passing through the area and wanted an inexpensive place just to sleep.

Because the curtains didn’t close easily and the door didn’t fit tightly it didn’t feel private.

The office was closed but they left our room key in an envelope. The room was ok for the price. It was pretty quiet.

It was kind of dingy. The curtains didn't close all the way.
