The managers were nice when we arrived but were not very nice wen they caused a negative situation. I advise them that I was not upset, mistakes happen. and asked for my credit card to be credited. was not an option for them, very sad.

I booked online to get a better deal. I chose to pay at the property. I paid cash at the property then a day later I received an alert that my credit card was charged for the stay. I called the hotel to ask why the card was charged for the stay after I had paid them cash. I was told to contact Booking.com and the gentleman hung up on me. be careful, always ask for verification of payment, I didn’t.

Huge cockroach ran across the floor. They also will double charge your card. I paid $117 for 2 nights on day #2 I noticed another $58 charge that also came out of my account for the date I've already paid for out of 5he initial $117. The front desk said I was wrong that it never came out but I have an accurate and thorough online banking. I will not ever stay at an executive inn ever again and I warned all my coworkers about the place too and that it was through booking.com. so yea booking is out in my book too.

The room was clean

Bathroom door did not close, shower was broken, outlets only work when light were on

The property was nice newly renovated plenty of lights over the vehicles looked very welcoming.

My door look like it was falling apart, mattress was very hard and I didn’t have any hot water, but I was just staying for about five or six hours so I was not gonna go and ask for another room or for it to be fixed.

Recently updated inside and out. Great new decor…. What a pleasant surprise!!

It was a nice and clean and open environment and felt very safe. clean and updated rooms.

I don't know. I walked out. The remodeled rooms looked nice.... if you are okay with noise.

When I was checking in, I had difficulty making the payment. I could not understand the two men at the counter. They could not understand me. They appeared as from India. But that was a small matter. When I got to the room, the air conditioner was making this horrible knocking / rattle. No one could miss that. I didn't bother complaining, because they couldn't understand me anyway. I left the key on the bed and walked out. I'm out $57. Oh, the stereo at the mechanic's across the street was obnoxiously loud too.

the mattress closest to the sink needs to be replaced. if you lie on it and wait a few minutes you will sink. the pit is so deep it hurts you. for people who are passing through, it is important that you can sleep well when you make long journeys. also their bank is not up to date and he can't handle master's world map. THE ROOM WAS SURPRISINGLY WELL MAINTAINED

WELL THE FRONT DESK GUY WAS RUDE, I HAD PAID ONLINE AND HE MADE ME PAY AGAIN FOR THE ROOM, IT WAS A ONE NIGHT STAY. AT CHECK OUT I TRIED TO SHOW HIM THE RECEIPT BUT WITH THE LITTLE ENGLISH HE NEW HE TOLD ME NOT HIS PROBLEM

They have completely redone this motel. It is sleek, up to date and even nicer than before.
