Host was very flexible and kind. She came over in 5 minutes after i said i was there, Also she explained how i can check in myself, in case its needed or i arrive very late. I felt very safe there, it's friendly family area. The rooms are in the house with the garden, and outdoor furnitures. The location is 4 mins by walk to Beach in Rhetimno. Although to reach pure 'old town' you need to walk pretty long, around 45 mins. However after seeing this 'old town' which is btw not old, crowded with people and shops with souvenirs I felt my accommodation is far more better, in quiet area. in 3 mins walk, once you rech the beach you already have plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from <3 The apartment was very very clean and bed very comfortable. You have ac and all you need: hangers, cutlery, cups, plates. You can also cook and there is fridge for your disposal. I loved also balcony where you can chill and listen the sound of cicadas.

Thegaia Studios offer great value comfortable accommodation in Rethymno. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The Wi-Fi connection was very good. The person at check-in was very welcoming, and the cleaner was very friendly, all speaking perfect English. I would definitely stay at Thegaia Studios again

The apartment was much nicer than expected and the bed was very comfortable. There even is a lovely spacious balcony and the kitchenette is very well equipped. Would recommend this property and be happy to stay here again.

The location as such is lovely and it is very close to the lovely beach. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby in short walking distance. The downside to this area - there's a lot of traffic on the first road you need to cross to go to the beach or bus stop and especially when waiting for the bus at the bus stop you smell a lot of fumes from the pollution.

The room was spacious and newly furnished with a large balcony; well-cleaned. The host was very friendly despite our late evening arrival. Private parking available.

Not exactly in the centre of town, however reachable with a short drive.

The shadow. My studio was exposed to direct sunlight only early in the morning, meaning I didn't even need to use air conditioning, because in the afternoon and evening it was already cool and pleasant. Very clean, comfortable bed, great wifi. The beach was within a 6-7 minute walk, which is great, many restaurants and shops are also found on the promenade, and a bus stop is just 3-4 minutes away from the property.

The bathroom and especially the shower cabin were a bit tight, but considering all the rest, this was something one can live with for a few days
