This apartment was the perfect location for our month on the Cote d'Azur. We loved the split plan for when guests joined us. Our morning routine included picking fresh Mandarin oranges from the tree in our private garden. This apartment was just the perfect home base for day trips along the coast and into Provence. For evenings in, the well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with all the conveniences of home. We will be back next year ~ already booked!! Firstly, vrbo’s messaging service wasn’t working over several days. I still don’t know if it is fixed. This isn’t good enough Vrbo for owners or holiday makers. Happily Valerie, the key lady, was quick to answer my text and ensured check in went smoothly. She also gave us lots of useful information and offered transport to the airport for a good price. The place itself is excellent. We were grandparents along with mum, dad, two young boys and a toddler and the arrangement of an en-suite double room on a separate floor worked really well. Everything has been thought of here to ensure a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

My family of grandparents, children and grandchildren stayed here over our one month stay in Antibes. It was perfect for all of us. The location couldn't be any better and we were able to totally take advantage of the area without a car. Kids loved the beaches and adults loved the hiking and living like the locals. We took the train to Cannes, Nice, Menton and Monaco..... and the Petite trains for tours in each location. Valerie, the key lady, was so helpful in arranging taxi pick ups for all of us. The house itself has everything that you would need.... plenty of linens, dishes and beach towels. The upgraded appliances could be bit challenging to operate, but we eventually conquered them all. All in all it was GREAT.

This is a wonderful spot in 'vieil Antibes'. Close to everything and high quality details. The place was a perfect surrounding for our three generations family vacation. It's an investment and we got what we paid for.

We've been to Antibes twice before but never stayed somewhere so perfect. The combination of an ideally located property, which is beautifully furnished and well-equipped with a secluded private garden, made all the difference to a family holiday of teens and adults. In easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, the market and the beaches, as well as the provision of a very welcoming and helpful Keylady (Valerie), I hope we will return! We were there during the UK heatwave and benefited from air conditioning and being near the sea. I'd also be interested in returning in other seasons and exploring the surrounding area more widely. Thank you Valerie and property owners for providing a wonderful holiday in beautiful France after 2 years of pandemic!

The house and location are just perfect, with a beautiful garden and a very well equipped kitchen. A few minutes walk from the beach, and literally a minute from the market and square. It’s our second time visiting Antibes and it definitely won’t be our last. The key lady Valerie was lovely as always!

My family found this beautifully maintained apartment perfect for our needs. We spent evenings relaxing in the garden which was private and a haven from the bustle of the streets of the old town. It was close to everything we enjoy - browsing the many shops, market, restaurants and a great coffee shop on the corner of the street. The beach was. Easy walking distance. The key lady Valerie was welcoming and responsive to our needs including an early check in. The apartment is beautifully furnished and catered - including a great supply of beach towels. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

A perfect stay in this lovely apartment! The Keylady was wonderful, very helpful and incredibly responsive when we had any questions. Location couldnt have been better with the farmers market and many restaurants just steps away! We stayed 10 days and were sorry to leave. The apartment was charming with its lovely patio and it was spotless!

This lovely home is absolutely the best spot to be in Antibes. Spacious and clean throughout, with two perfectly renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds and a garden to die for. The Marché is a block away, the beach an easy stroll, and everything else in this idyllic town within easy walking distance. I hope to return one day!

Great central position. Garden perfect for our toddler! Quiet yet walking to all amenities! The big wheel in port area was great! Parked at Q park no issues. Comfy beds great Air Con . Overall a fabulous stay !

We stayed here for a few days while we were having work done on our boat in Port Vauban . We are used to being close to the shops, bars and restaurants , so the location of this apartment was excellent for us, with the added bonus of a private garden

The apartment was beautiful! It was very clean and well appointed and perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well stocked kitchen, eating on the terrace and having our morning coffee there everyday! Valerie was very responsive to any questions we had during the week. It was comforting to be able to message her if we needed something. We have no complaints at all about our stay and would choose this property again if we return to Antibes! Thank you, Valerie!

This beautiful property is in the perfect location. There is plenty of space for a family or 3 couples, the kitchen is very well-equipped, and the garden offers a bit of paradise when not enjoying all that Antibes has to offer. Valerie the Key Lady is extremely attentive and absolutely charming. This property is an outstanding value that we highly recommend.

Location is fantastic; decor is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable; and the communication was prompt. We would definitely rent here again.

My husband, adult daughter, and myself just spent 6 nights at this wonderful property. We had no idea we would love Antibes so much. We wish we had booked 2 weeks instead of just 6 nights. So make sure you book a nice long stay! Valerie, the Key Lady, met us right on time and showed us all around the property. All communications with Valerie before and during our stay were clear, timely, and very helpful. The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed (except for a beach umbrella which we bought and left behind for future guests!), and made our stay every comfortable. Everything was clean and neat and the kitchen was well stocked. It is clear that the owners of the property love to cook and enjoy their vacation home since we had every utensil, bowl, pot, and kitchen item we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful, peaceful garden each morning. But one of the best aspects of this property is the location. Just a few steps from the daily Marche Provencal, many great restaurants, shops, and the local beach. We did not have a car so we got around mainly by walking and also took the bus to Juan les Pins to enjoy the beach there. Antibes is a charming, friendly town that feels much more authentic and less touristy and glitzy than some of its neighbors. We fell in love with the house and the town and definitely hope to return and stay again. We had a very enjoyable 4 nights in this fantastic apartment which was perfect for our party - a 10 month old, his parents and grandparents. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate with very comfortable beds and the living space and garden was perfect and everything was such good quality, we couldn’t believe it. But the best thing about this apartment is the location - right in the old town so everything is within walking distance. We used the train to visit Monaco and Cannes which was so easy but Antibes is the most lovely place with plenty of street cafes and restaurants and such a nice atmosphere. We will definatily be back :)

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely property. It was close to the market and in a superb position for all the attractions of the old town of Antibes. It is near the small, sandy beach which is ideal for children swimming. Our keylady, Valerie, was very welcoming and helpful regarding local restaurants. All in all we had a delightful holiday and would seriously consider returning.

We had a fantastic stay here, it is unusual to find a place to stay in Old Antibes with a proper garden - it was lovely eating meals outside. The place was incredibly well equipped, comfortable, tastefully decorated and in an amazing location close to the market and centre of everything but in a very quiet back street. one slight warning... take plenty of mosquito repellant, think they like hiding in the garden vegetation!

What a perfect place to spend our week in Antibes. We were a family of 5 adults plus a 6 and a 3 year old. The accommodation and location worked perfectly for us. This is our fourth time in Antibes as we love it here but it was our first time in this accommodation. We are hoping to return to this property again next year as it was super and so central and worked perfectly for our family. Valerie, the key lady, was brilliant too and so welcoming with wine in the fridge and flowers. Exactly as portrayed.

Our stay ( family of 5 with 3 grown up children ) was enjoyable. Right from the start we were given the keys from Valerie, who had a great personality and manner. She told us about the apartment, covered the working of the wifi and Sky TV, and spoke of the things to do in the area. She was extremely helpful and easily contactable. The apartment was well-kept with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well-finished with plenty of utensils - easy to cook meals if you wanted to. Table inside and table outside in the garden area, the latter we used mostly for any meals. Air conditioning available if needed. The apartment is right in the ‘hub’ - great for the beaches and great for all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely return.

Our party was 6 adults and this was our second visit to the apartment. We had a fabulous time, enjoying the amazing April sunshine, the proximity of the market, restaurants, shops, station and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed spending relaxing afternoons in the garden and then supping our first drinks of the day on the upstairs terrace, in the glorious evening sunshine. The holiday was made easier by the prompt arrival of a taxi at the airport ( arranged by the Keylady) and then being met by Valerie herself at the apartment. We found some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance and also cooked in on three occasions. The apartment is well equipped for dinner parties.We certainly hope to visit again next year!

We spent 2 incredible weeks here, and were not disappointed. The apartment is described accurately, and in our opinion is even better.  This was the perfect place for 2 couples, being able to have bedrooms and washrooms on separate floors is wonderful. Valerie is a fantastic property manager, I texted her when we arrived in Antibes and set a time to meet at the apartment, she rode up on her Vespa right on time.  She gave us a tour of the apartment, instructions, keys and lots of information on things to do, there is a daily market (which is just around the corner) and plenty of restaurants etc., she also told us to call her if we had any questions about the apartment or Antibes.  She checked with me after a few days to ensure all was well. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy the garden, so nice to dine outside & have a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, we took full advantage of this! Lots of living space with very comfortable furniture.  Lovely linens and cozy beds made for a great nights sleep. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere including the train station. Great restaurants right down the street, as well as a boulangerie with incredible bread and pastries.  It didn’t take long for us to feel at home here, the only sad thing was leaving...

This was the perfect location to explore the French Riviera. The food/craft market is a 2 minute walk and it is centrally located in Old Antibes. We walked to the market and the grocery store for food for the week. We often sat in the garden area to eat or just enjoy a glass of wine. The apartment was clean and well kept.

A lovely property in a fantastic location. We are a family of four with two small boys and this apartment was perfect. Super facilities and tastefully decorated, it really feels more like a house than a flat with a great little garden for eating outdoors.

Well appointed property with lots of space. So nice to have a garden in the centre of town. Masses of restaurants on the doorstep and 5 minutes to the harbour. A cold time of year but still bright and sunny. Well worth a winter weekend. A little chilly indoors. Could do with an additional heater in the living room. Otherwise brilliant.

What a lovely apartment right in the centre of Antibes. We stayed towards the end of the season and were surprised to find all the markets still open and the town lively. Even better, the weather was gorgeous....sunshine every day! As well as being perfectly located the apartment was really well furnished, terrifically clean, cool and comfortable. There's a lovely garden which seemed to enjoy the sun and the shade at just the right times of day! The apartment really is just a short walk from the local harbour; There we hired a power boat for the day, took it along the coast and enjoyed a picnic. Just as we were running out of the local vino a very nice chap in a RHIB loaded with supplies saved us. There was so much we didn't get time to see so here's hoping we can go back again next year!

Just retuned from a wonderful few days in Antibes. This more than comfortable spacious maisonette/ apartment could not have been more perfect for our needs. The bedrooms all have balcony or open onto a pretty little garden with orange trees which in summer offer a welcome bit of shade! The rooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds and generous sofas and the bedrooms (all to rear of property) are peaceful and quiet. Nestled amongst the antient little cobbled streets of Antibes, the apartment is a minutes walk from the bustling daily market (a gourmets delight) and a five minutes walk to the Picasso Museum, Port and beaches as well as a myriad of restaurants and bars. My husband is quite big and the fabulous, spacious, modern shower room with its efficient walk in shower was a welcomed bonus! A lovely town property in a spectacular location - and no car needed! Would highly recommend.

Delightfully spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. All amenities and mod-cons provided. Great new bathroom and shower. Lovely to eat meals outside in the pretty garden with trees. Very close to the market and good restaurants as well as art galleries and museums. Peaceful and tranquil spot in the heart of the town and near the beach. Will definitely go again. A beautiful and well appointed flat in an amazing location - v close to the lovely markets, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beaches. 3 very good sized bedrooms and lovely bathrooms. The garden was great for all of us; lunches in the sun or under the canopy, children loved the orange trees and we loved a drink in the early evening sun! We will definitely be returning to this lovely flat in lovely Antibes!
