Family of 16 stayed at this Villa for 6 days. It fit the family perfect. Pictures on website did not do justice. When all of us pulled up to the Villa our jaws dropped. Million dollar views and all the amenities in the villa were so useful. Area was quite and if you are into wine go check out the wineries near by. The town of Todi was close by and was cool to visit. Local markets nearby that had everything you could possibly need. Also the pool came in handy for the teenagers. Thanks Giovanni and Giuseppe!!!

Bellissima esperienza con altre 2 famiglie (in tutto 6 adulti più 6 bambini). Casa pulito e ci hanno fatto trovare culla pronta e due seggioloni. A disposizione barbecue. Da rifare sicuramente

Abbiamo passato 7 splendidi giorni a Casal Pontecuti. La casa corrisponde appieno alla descrizione offerta all'host. Abbiamo goduto appieno della piscina e degli spazi circostanti. Estrema gentilezza da parte di Giuseppe e Mariella. Super consigliato!

Ampi spazi vivibili sia interni che all'esterno del casale. Cordiale ed accurata accoglienza all'arrivo. Manutenzione quotidiana della bella piscina e del verde (la mattina presto, con grande discrezione). Dotazione di supplellettili, servizi ed arredamento adeguati. Ottima esposizione, apprezzata in questo soggiorno estivo, disponendo di zone esterne sia al sole che al all'ombra tutto il giorno. Le scale di accesso ai piani sono un po' ripide, ma se ne può apprezzare l'autenticità costruttiva, tipica del casale rurale. Il nostro soggiorno al Casale Pontacuti è stato molto piacevole per i bambini, i genitori ed i nonni.

Casale Pontecuti è davvero accogliente. Il proprietario disponibilissimo e i custodi discreti ed attenti alle nostre esigenze. Belle persone. Siamo sati davvero bene, tra la pace della natura ed il divertimento per la piscina e quanto la struttura offre. Anche i ragazzi (età compresa tra 14 e 19 anni) sono stati benissimo e si sono divertiti. La struttura è comoda e pulita. Esperienza più che positiva. Da consigliare sicuramente.

We rented this house for 4 nights in october 2019 and we really enjoyed it. The landlord had an on-site assistant who together with his wife offered great assistance on house issues, restaurant bookings and in-house cooking. Everything went great! The house is in a great location with a short drive to Todi, supermarkets and a short walk to a nearby italian cafe. Good to know in advance, is that the house is not equipped with any groceries, that bathrooms are romantic but not recently renovated and that equipment in general are not top modern but functional. We had a great time and do absolutely recommend this house as a price-worthy alternative in Todi!

Nicht nur der Pool mit Blick auf das verschlafene Pontecuti und wie nur für uns arrangierte Heuballen auf dem angrenzenden Feld lohnen einen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen alten Steinhaus. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es sind mehr als genug Betten, Bezüge, Kissen, Handtücher, Geschirr etc. vorhanden - und wir waren eine große Gruppe. Die Bäder, zum Teil direkt im Zimmer, zum Teil außerhalb, sind voll ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt, sogar mit Fön. Mietet man das gesamte Haus, verfügt es über 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Küchen (mit Geschirrspüler) und noch 2 Wohnzimmer, die sich zum Schlafraum umfunktionieren lassen. Im obersten Stockwerk haben wir trotz Sommerhitze sehr angenehm geschlafen. Im Winter stehen zwei große Kamine zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist eine Oase und nicht nur für die Kinder ein Highlight. Zudem stehen ein Tisch-Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung. Die großzügig geschnittene und überdachte Terrasse bietet Platz für eine lange Tafel und viele Personen, auch die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist für große Kochereignisse geeignet. Das Grundstück bietet ferner ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten; da der nächste große Supermarkt 4 km entfernt liegt, ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Mariella und Guiseppe, die sich um das Anwesen kümmern, sind unglaublich herzlich, verantwortungsvoll und immer erreichbar. Sie handeln bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort und sind unbezahlbar hinsichtlich der Wasserqualität des Pools (einfach unglaublich sauber, jeden Tag) und der Pflege des gesamten Grundstücks. Darüber hinaus haben sie uns am Ende der ersten Woche mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern versorgt, einfach toll (zumal es eine sehr neue und gute Waschmaschine gibt). Der Grillkamin im Karten eignet sich hervorragend für Bistecca Fiorentina und andere kulinarische Köstlichkeiten. Dass es in diesem Haus kein WLAN gibt ist ungewöhnlich, aber auch erholsam. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, nächstes Jahr sehen wir uns wieder!

La casa è grande e confortevole. Siamo stati molto bene. In casa non manca nulla ed la posizione della villa è strategica per visitare l'Umbria. PRO - bellissimo giardino; - piscina splendida (anche se era chiusa perchè troppo freddo, è posizionata in un punto panoramico sul paesino di Pontecuti); - bellissima veranda con possibilità di barbecue; - custodi gentilissimi e disponibilissimi; - in casa non manca veramente nulla. CONTRO - prezzo del riscaldamento estremamente elevato; - quando prenotate, ricordatevi di specificare che volete anche il distaccamento a piano terra, che comprende cucinotto e bagno sul giardino, perchè non è scontato che sia incluso.

Casal Pontecuti è un posto incantevole. Il casale è bello, spazioso e molto confortevole e la vista è assolutamente impagabile. L'edificio è divisa in due grandi appartamenti al piano superiore -- a destra un grande appartamento su 2 piani composto da una sala con un magnifico camino, un'ampia cucina, un bagno molto spazioso (doccia, vasca e doppio lavandino) e due enormi camere da letto di sopra (una con bagno interno); a sinistra un appartamento composto da un'ampia cucina, una camera con bagno e di sopra due grandi camere da letto con accesso a un bel bagno su di un corridoio in comune. Su un altro lato della casa a pianterreno ci sono un comodo bagno e una cucina con accesso a un pergolato e sotto il pergolato un lungo tavolo dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato comodamente in 12 (7 adulti e 5 bambini). L'esterno è meraviglioso: un enorme giardino curatissimo e una piscina con vista da cartolina sul borgo di Pontecuti. Un grande forno a legna all'esterno offre la possibilità di cucinare grandi grigliate e gli ombrelloni, lettini, sedie e tavolo a bordo piscina sono perfetti per riposo e lettura durante il giorno e per un aperitivo la sera. La signora Mariella e il signor Giuseppe (molto cordiali, simpatici e discretissimi) mantengono la casa e il giardino in perfetto ordine e sono molto disponibili per informazioni e aiuto. Il signor Giovanni (il proprietario che risiede a Roma) è gentilissimo. Un grande rispostiglio a pianterreno facilita il riciclo dei rifiuti e una sala (freschissima!) con tavolo da ping pong e calcetto sono stati apprezzatissimi dai bambini (e dai loro genitori!). Tra le altre comodità e amenità segnalo il grande supermercato Emi a 10 min. di macchina e un meraviglioso caseificio. Dulcis in fundo, a soli 10 min. a piedi troverete il bar di Pontecuti che offre ottimi caffè e aperitivi (da provare il caffé shakerato) e libero accesso alla rete WiFi.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Casale in 3 famiglie e devo dire che TUTTI noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Con noi c'erano 6 ragazzi, i nostri figli, che MAI e dico MAI si sono annoiati. La piscina esterna e un stanza usata come sala relax (ping pong e biliardino) hanno allietato la loro vacanza. La consiglio vivamente e, d'accodo con i miei amici, sicuramente ci torneremo. Le foto non rendono giustizia a tutti gli ambienti ed il giardino, curatissimo.

The appartement „La terrazza“ (the biggest one) is very spacious with a huge fireplace in the livingroom, a table big enough to seat 0-12 people in the kitchen and two big bedrooms, one of those even with an extra bathroom. Mariella and Giuseppe (very friendly), keep the house and garden in excellent shape and when you have forgotten coffee, sugar or anyhing else, they are immediately there to help you and put things right. In the garden there is also a big fireside for barbeque or just to sit besides with good glass of wine in the evening. During day one relaxes at the poolside enjoying the beautiful view and taking a regular cooling splash in the water. Sunbeds and parasols are abundantly available. For the ones that that like to do some sports they can take a jog or play tabletennis or tablesoccer. Last but not least: for a coffee in between or the aperitivo before to dinner the nearest bar is in Pontecuti approx. 10 min walk. Conclusion: Go there, feel good and enjoy every moment!

Casal Pontecuti ist ein wunderschönes altes Steinhaus mit einem traumhaften Blick über die umbrischen Hügel. Wir sind nun schon viermal dort gewesen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Das Haus verfügt über drei Wohnungen in unterschiedlichen Größen. Die Wohnung „La Terrazza“ (die größte) ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit einem riesigen Kamin im Wohnzimmer, einem Tisch für 10-12 Personen in der Küche und zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Eines davon sogar mit eigenem Badezimmer. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, worum sich Mariella und Giuseppe kümmern – die guten Geister des Hauses. Ist der Strom ausgefallen oder fehlt etwa der Pfeffer fürs Sonntagsessen, Mariella und Giuseppe sind sofort zur Stelle, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Im Garten gibt es einen Kamin zum Grillen oder einfach nur, um abends bei einem guten Glas Wein gemütlich am Feuer zu sitzen. Am Tag sitzt man hingegen lieber am Pool und genießt abwechselnd die herrliche Aussicht, die sich von dort aus bietet und die Erfrischung im Wasser. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind reichlich vorhanden. Wer sich sportlich betätigen will, kann im „Hobbyraum“ eine Runde Tischtennis oder Kicker spielen. Last but not least: Für den Caffè zwischendurch oder den abendlichen Aperitivo ist die nächste Bar in Pontecuti fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Fazit: Hinfahren und wohlfühlen!
