No room for luggage, not enough toilet paper for a week, TV remote did not match the TV, some of the dishes were dirty, dusty mirror in bathroom, parking was full on our assigned floor, design of condo was confusing. Would not recommend to anyone.

The tv remote didn’t work, which we worked around, and it’s quite loud. But really, we didn’t get a chance to watch much tv anyways, very busy with the sights and hiking

The best communication I’ve ever had with a host for check in and check out. A great location and great space! Appreciated the stocked kitchen with basic supplies and ingredients. It was really awesome to be able to borrow bear spray and National park pass to use during our stay!

Our family of 4 (kids 18 & 19 yrs) stayed at Bow 221 for a week while visiting the Banff area. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing. Balcony view was nice and we spent lots of time out there. Everything was clean and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was pretty much as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Great view of 3 Sisters Mountain. Easy trek downtown or quick drive if you prefer that method. Close enough to city of Banff to go there for a quick trip if you want. Maneuvering in certain parking spots with a big SUV on certain days was a bit of a challenge at first. We had 4 people...worked out perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Would have no issue choosing BOW221 again if we ever get back to Banff area again.

Our stay was nice. Location was convenient. Parking is easy. We mainly used the condo for sleeping, showering and a handful of meals. The free parking pass and bear spray was helpful but know that you have to pick up offsite in Canmore. Our unit had a tight transition on check in day and an inspection didn't occur so had to report a few things that weren't in place when we got there. Only 2 forks and a missing living room blind as well as no linens for pull out couch which we didn't realize until the office was closed. Correspondences was good and everything was resolved next day. Unfortunately our dishwasher didn't work but we were notified just after check in and compensated fairly for it as the part wasn't available to fix it until after we checked out.

Really nice property. A bit down the road from downtown Canmore but overall good location. A bit of a walk from the parking garage to the suite. Suite was very clean and well appointed. Starting to show its age though. Overall good place to stay and would stay again. Thanks.

The unit was very spacious for a family of 6 with good views of the surrounding mountains from the patio/balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that you want for your home meal. We had our dinner once in the balcony/patio overlooking the mountains. The only downside was finding the unit from the parking lot. It was not very clear where to go in the beginning as there are two buildings and we ended up in the wrong building and had to go to the reception to locate our unit. After that, it was a smooth sailing. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice property
This is a great two bedroom/two bath unit an easy and pleasant walk from downtown Canmore. Comfortable beds and a good kitchen. Our only complaint was the a/c was out the whole week — with the temp over 90. The owners gave us fans, which helped.

Ask questions about the facility before you book.
Hot water was out before we got there but they didn’t notify us before we checked in. This has apparently been an issue with this property because the check in book instructs you to call the front desk if there isn’t any hot water. First 2 days we had to start and stop the air conditioner as it would only cool for a couple hours then blow warm air. Again a known issue as it’s written in the guide. So first 2 days no hot water or A/C. Also the garbage chute was out of order so we carried the garbage out to the parking garage as directed. Outside of these issues it was a nice quiet, clean place to stay.

Property was spacious, clean and as shown in photos. Kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans, knives and extras and had some basic staples as well. Large balcony and view of the mountains. View is over the adjacent building but still spectacular. Property manager, Rockies Rentals, were great. Check in easy and had all the info we needed for arrival and good stay. Elevator up from the parkade was confusing first time as there are several non interconnected buildings accessed from the same parkade. Easy once you get it figured out. Would stay here again.

Great property. Tenants above were very noisy all three nights of stay. Front desk sent up staff and noise slowed then resumed till after 2 am. Probably renters as well.

Great stay
Plenty of space for the five of us. The patio was bigger than we expected for a condo and had great mountain views. It is located in the same building as the pool and hot tub so made it easy to get there from the room. It is inconvenient to have to go to the Rocky rentals store to check in, but their service before and during our stay was great. They answered all questions promptly and provided an after hours phone number if we needed it. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Great property to use as a base for exploring the beautiful mountains, lakes, rivers and trails. Canmore has great dining and a trail that leads from solara resort to main street that brings you through large pines and along side a crystal clear river and finally over a boardwalk. We must have walked it every day during our stay on the way to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We would definitely stay again!

One Week in August
Clean and newer condo unit. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Absolutely no complaints about anything, everything worked and was clean. On the edge of town, can walk into the town centre or larger commercial area within 15 minutes. COVID so didn't use any of the building's amenities. Regardless, I would stay here again (as long as the price is right).
