beautifully furnished, clean on our arrival, close to all amnemities😊

Wifi gets connected but it doesn’t work at all, cleaners don’t come everyday to clean and sometimes do not replace toilet papers, black plastic bag for bin, We are provided with a hairdryer but no round adapter in the house wherelse the hairdryer requires the round adapter to work…

Enjoyed the tennis club, The Copper Restaurant and their staff, the pool and spa was exceptional with excellent customer service.

Suite 311 was not clean Beds have horrible stains Linen has horrible stains This frustrated me 💔. Even after requesting for clean linen I got no assistance.

The Suite had a terrible damp and musty smell. The 2nd bedroom the smell was even worse.We battled to sleep because of this smell and it affected our sinuses and chests.

When we arrived we found that the couches where filthy. Showing that the needed deep cleaning and we found the balcony and the cushions in the balcony dirty. Called for someone to clean and she came. We asked that a supervisor come and see the extent of the dirt of the couches but no one bothered to come. I had to cover the couches with duvet covers just to be able to sit. Before long we found used condoms inside the couches....my partner touched this condom unintentionally...I am so angry and in disbelief at the filth i was subjected to.
