We chose to stay here because of all the rave reviews and they were right! What an incredible place and hospitality! We got a great welcome with complimentary food and drinks. The room was clean and cosy, very soundproof! Breakfast was great. Great view to the lake from our private terrace. I have stayed in many accommodations before but I have never given a 10* rating until now so that should tell you something!
This is no fault to the accommodation, but the bus C30 by the hotel turned out to be a very unreliable bus for us, making it hassle to travel between the accommodation and other towns like Bellagio, and taxis were impossible to get :/. Nevertheless Giulio was there to drive us to Bellagio and back if needed :).
Another con could be there are no elevators but again Giulio helped us with carrying luggages upstairs :)

Fantastic accommodation, Our room had an amazing terrace with spectacular views of the lake.. The lady who runs the place was amazing so friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of food. The little extras they provide such as welcome drinks and snacks on arrival and also a little gift when you leave are very thoughtful and were very much appreciated.
Would also like to say an extra thank you for the umberella they provided to us when we was leaving.
Highly recommend to stay at this property.

The location was close enough to walk to Bellagio , but much more relaxed in August.
The owners are excellent.
Our room was well set out and very comfortable.
No dislikes at all.
Our room was up a number of stairs, so best to ask when booking if you have difficulty with stairs.

Paula's thoughtful recommendations for our anniversary celebrations were spot-on, and her assistance in planning our daily activities ensured that we made the most of our trip. Her contagious smile each morning during breakfast, coupled with the breathtaking views from the terrace, set a perfect tone for the day ahead.
Giulio, the owner, proved to be an absolute gem as well. His responsiveness on WhatsApp was impressive, and he went above and beyond by spotting us waiting for a delayed bus and offering us a ride in his car. This kind gesture not only saved us from potential inconvenience but also ensured we made it to our anniversary dinner on time. Such acts of kindness truly exemplify the exceptional service that Paula and Giulio provide to their guests.
The location is ideal, a mere 10-minute stroll from the San Giovanni ferry terminal, which I found to be a peaceful alternative to the bustling Bellagio terminal. The room itself was not only spacious but also meticulously cleaned every day, reflecting the hosts' commitment to maintaining a pristine and comfortable environment.
In all honesty, our stay here exceeded all expectations. It was an absolute delight to experience such personalized attention and care from Paula and Giulio. Their dedication to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for their guests is truly commendable. I've already sung praises about this exceptional Airbnb to my sister, who is planning her visit next year, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway in a picturesque location. If i could give 100 stars, I would. The host was extremely generous, helpful and friendly, the rooms was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a marvellous view of the mountains and the lake. The location was near a bus as well as a ferry stop which made the transportation convenient and easy. The whole experience was excellent.

Good selection at breakfast always fresh and tasty. Choice of cereals, juice, fruits, yoghurts, croissants, meats and cheese, jams, cakes, tea and coffee.
Bottled water left daily in the room.
Staff very welcoming and attentive.
Would have been nice to have a kettle etc in room to make a coffee/tea.

The staff,Giulio and Paola are very nice,very welcoming and very kind.Breakfast was good,the room was big and comfortable,the view is very nice as well.
It’s a bit far from the centre if you go by walking,but luckily the bus station is near the accommodation but even if it is a bit far,the walk is not that bad,actually it can be quite nice.

- Gorgeous location.
- Room was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, shower was great. You are beside the road as others said, but I thought it was adequately quiet at night.
- Breakfast was very high quality.
- As noted, it's a little out of the way of Bellagio. This can be nice as it's a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the lake. But your options to get into the city (and reach any restaurants or stores) are a) A half-hour walk on a road where pedestrian space is limited and cars are zooming by. I would never attempt this at night; b) A bus that runs as rarely as every 2 hours depending on the day and time. c) Taxis that are very expensive and sometimes also sporadically unavailable; d); Using your own car and dealing with the very limited parking in town. I still loved the place but I think you should think long and hard about your reasons for visiting Lake Como when deciding if this place is ideal for you.
- Could probably use 1 more staff member. I actually assisted 2 new guests because staff were nowhere to be found or busy performing other tasks.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot recommend staying here enough! Giulio and Paola are sensational! Upon arrival we had a wine and snacks on the terrace which has a beautiful view of the lake from above. We stayed in the michaelangelo suite with terrace and our own car space. The room was spotless, very big and all the facilities you needed. They provided us a large bottle of water every day in the room.
Breakfast was one of the best Continental breakfasts I have had in Europe including some 5 star resort hotels. So much variety, great coffee and so much food to start your day. We loved our walk from the hotel into town. It is about 20 mins to go in at a leisurely pace, would recommend going through the melzi gardens as a shortcut, you can pay for access to the gardens for the duration of your trip for a low cost, they are also worth visiting so it’s a bonus it’s a short cut too. In saying that there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which goes into town! Thank you Bellagio bed and breakfast for a great stay :)

It was difficult to find as the sign that you see from the road side did not say Bellagio Bed & Breakfast. This apparently is due to some Council/government requirement. Travellers should be aware that you need a car to get down to Bellagio township. The public bus is down the road but you need to stand on a busy road to wait for it. The owner was very obliging however and he drove us down to the wharf and picked us up. He is a great guy!

Fantastic hosts, beautiful views and overall lovely stay 😊 Located close to San Giovanni for mid lake boat service was really useful as was the close bus stop across the road to get to and from Como/ Bellagio.
Everything at the property was excellent. Buses later at night were a little infrequent but hosts were very obliging in helping us.

absolutely fantastic holiday.. beautiful location..the views were amazing.. accommodation was superb.. lovely clean and comfortable room, giulio and paola were the best.. couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome..we will definetely be going back..
