Room and kitchen are nice and clean.

Doors make a bit more banging noise when closing, glass shower sliding door is loose, al of there can be mended .

The worst room I’ve ever stayed in Dirty walls dirty carpet. No loo roll no cups or glasses no kettle very uncomfortable bedding Just appalling you should be ashamed

I have stayed in air bnbs run by Paul and Amanda before, and to be honest they're not perfect but this room was disgusting. Pictures speak for themselves. Damp in room. No plug near bed. No lamp. No tv remote. Drawers broken. Smell in room was horrible. No hot water for shower. Someone entered my room when I wasnt there to take the kettle too which is unsettling and scary for a woman travelling by herself. No reply off the hosts when this was bought up. I requested a lamp and remote as I was staying for a week, they said they would request one? Never got them. Says the room is soundproof but it's not- situated on a busy main road could hear everything. Marks on the walls, side of the bed stained, carpets stained. STAY AWAY.

I didn’t like anything about the property

it was bad. I have stayed at many budget properties but this one was a joke, on the day of my arrival I had a phone call with a lady asking me to push my stay back a day because she didn’t have an appropriate room for me, I said that wasn’t possible because I had no where else to stay and I had already booked rooms with her to stay at. She mentioned that she had a room just without a private bathroom which I didn’t think would be an issue The original room I booked came with a tv, appeared to be well decorated and clean, soundproofing!! (bonus) and a private bathroom, it was also at a different location. This room had 2 incredibly flimsy pillows, a yellow pull-ups with grey dirt all over it, a lovely tally mark next to the bed, no tv and a paper cup with “amenities” The shared bathroom was genuinely disgusting, to start with there was no functional lock on the bathroom door, which the lady on the phone was really insistent on telling me there was a proper lock, which there really wasn’t. The floor was wet dirty for 3 days before the “housekeeper came” and I tried to have a shower with my parter blocking the door and when I put a towel in the floor to wipe up the water on the floor my white towel was brown other things to add, people who seemingly live there smoking in the room all night, being generally loud although that could be due to the paper thin walls, I hadn’t seen my parter in a couple of months so that was a massive disappointment. other male guests walking around with no top on, it was just generally not a nice experience for a 19 year old female to habe to go through the people who owned the place took hours to reply to anything, I’d message at 11am and not hear back till gone 6pm. I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me

Closer to town

Shower was horrible . Couldn’t get hot water . The bed as well was old and uncomfortable. Had sleepless nights. Table as well need to be fixed I couldn’t study comfortable . There was no iron when I arrived , had to wear whatever I got but at least it was delivered the following day
