Ausstattung vom Zimmer in Ordnung, Lage natürlich optimal, Frühstück im Haupthaus sehr gut ! Getränkeautomat im Eingang.
Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber und ein Socken lag neben dem Bett.

My suite was incredible, on the fifth floor with an amazing view over the Nurburg landscape. The room is enormous and very well laid out - with everything you need or could ask for. Great coffee machine with nice touch like more milk sachets than you would normally get. The bed and pillows were dreamy and the room kept the perfect temperature by the whisper quiet air con. Being a very hot day (30+) the staff had gone to the effort of closing the curtains and keep the AC going before I went to my room so I arrived to a lovely cool environment after being scorched all day in the sun and by the track.

Kein Kühlschrank bzw. Minibar im Zimmer. 2 Tage vor unsere Reise wurden wir über extra Parkgebühren informiert. Per E-Mail wurde pro Tag 20,00 € uns mitgeteilt, vor Ort wurde dann 30,00 € verlangt.

Great stay, clean and comfortable room. Good location and very short walk to GP track. Very good breakfast, at sister hotel we were more happy about the walk over to the other hotel for this.
Only small issues pillows could be better, perhaps bring your own. Reserved parking was an extra 30 Euro a night, we felt for the price location this really should be included.

El mejor hotel para hospedarse si vas de visita a Nürburgring. Ubicado a 5 minutos de la entrada del circuito. Justo al lado de la zona de exposiciones, tiendas, restaurantes y museo. Parking por 20 euros al día.

Location was good for the ring and secure parking
No food onsite, you have to cross the road to another hotel to check in or eat.. this is however mentioned during the booking process. Aside from cleaning staff I never saw any other member of staff

Self-Check-In funktionierte nicht. Keine Ansprechperson in dem besagten Hotelteil. Defekte Toilettenspülung was man eigentlich, wenn man das Zimmer gereinigt hätte, hätte hören müssen. Die Lage des Zimmers (direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug war mega laut). Keine Minibar. überteuerte Parkkosten.

Very clean and beautiful hotel with an amazing Motorsport theme. Beds were extremely comfortable
Check in was slightly confusing with them being in different buildings but it was my own fault for not seeing the instruction email, so future travelers should be sure to read emails from the hotel before checking in

Die Zimmer sind modern, kleiner Fernseher, Sehr gutes Frühstück, allerdings muss man zum Frühstücken ins Haupthaus über die Straße, Dafür aber schon ab 6:30 Uhr volles Buffet.

Location, rooms were clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Good breakfast.
No air conditioning in the rooms. And there are no staff at the hotel itself. That involves walking down the road to the Congress Hotel. Although it is only about 2 minutes away if that.

Room was very nice, if a little basic, view from the window was great as was the location, ideal for using the track or GP circuit.
Felt a bit souless as did not see a single person the whole time, and everything felt like it was closed or no longer used. Breakfast was at the other hotel across the road, just felt a little strange to me.

The location for the hotel for the track was exceptional especially for the value for money! Decoration and available facilities were exceptional and the staff were very accommodating and helpful
The single beds, myself and my husband had to push the two single beds together to make a double
