Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious (we only had it one morning). Plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Location is super, directly across from the beach. Rooms were super clean and well equipped. Loved our balcony overlooking the beach.

The only improvement we could suggest would be if the hotel had parasols and beach chairs to rent to guests. It would have made visits to the beach a little more comfortable. We did not want to buy beach chairs or parasols that we would not be able to take home, and would have been happy to rent same for the four days we were there.

We travelled with our cocker spaniel dog, and the welcome and facilities for a couple with a dog were exceptional.

It is a great little 3* hotel. The rooms facing the harbour have great views. The staff are kind and helpful, and are there 24/7. The breakfast is humble however it works for me. It is my go-to hotel when I travel to Getxo.

Parking can be tricky when the weather is good. You need to make sure you get a comfortable room - some can be a little small / without views.

An excellent choice of food for breakfast.Good quality and quantity food. The cleanliness is excellent, and cleaning staff are so friendly, plus efficient, do a Very good job. The receptionists are very helpful give good customer service. All staff are customer friendly, giving good customer care , good customer follow up, The Hotel is perfectly placed for all amenities.

Parking is an issue. The parking system is awkward. The last few days we did use hotel car park, .As we was staying for 10days for that legnth of stay it is expensive .

A tip to the hotel managers: We love that your hotel is pet-friendly, we've truly enjoyed our stay with our pet. What can be improved is to increase the number of tables in the breakfast area with pets. Instead of 2 large tables, you could easily accomodate 4-5 small tables and avoid so long waiting to get a table.

The treatment from the staff, especially their receptionist and the chef Enya was amazing. They were so kind and accommodating at all times, to me and to my dog as well. I'd come back only for the room views, the tranquility of the place, and their amazing service :)

we were given a different room than promised that was alot worse than what we had booked, the room was filthy, curtains fell on my head when i went to close them, couldnt get a wine bottle opener or plates for dinner at 23:30 and there was a terrible smell coming from our window that faced a wall
