Loved the whole experience. The amenities were amazing. The room felt like home. I liked that there were amenities on both properties, so we didn't feel like we were missing out.

I loved the property and all the amenities. It's 6min from Guadalupe river and 21min from comal river. Also Canton lake it literally near the property. A really nice place to take the family during the summer
The only thing I do not like is checking out at 10am.

This is a timeshare rental, so you get a small condo type unit. You can cook your own meals, so that might save some money. Did not use the facilities as we were there for a family wedding. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
As I said, this is a timeshare rental, so be prepared for a sales pitch on attending a sales presentation. The agent I had would not take no for an answer, i had to say it 4 or 5 times.

Hit with a hard sell as soon as we walked in the door. Front desk experience was awful. Rude and obnoxious. “Complimentary” snacks were a joke. Room was literally below ground. Dark and zero view of anything. Not worth the money on any level.

We ate at local restaurants … good. The actual location of the room was the opportunity … right next to the hwy very noisy could not sleep.
Too close to the Hwy, the wall plugs would not keep the plugs in like for the iron and other small appliances they kept falling out of the wall sockets.

You had to go up or down about 40 steps to get to the room. Bad thing is having back and knee pain, really took a toll on us. Unhappy about that.
