We had a fabulous 4 days with George! The apartments were lovely and clean, and the air-conditioning a welcome addition in the July heat. The location is absolutely ideal - perfectly placed between Parikia and Livadia but set a little back from the main road, making it peaceful and quiet. Hope to be back soon. - Louise

We had a lovely stay at Kontaratos Studios & Apartments with George and his wife. They were truly fantastic hosts, very warm, welcoming and helpful. An exemplary performance of hospitality. Rooms basic but very well appointed and tidy - everything you need.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities and their convenience.

We should have stayed for more days.

My sister and I stayed at Kontaratos Studios & Apartments for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay! The host was incredibly kind and generous, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The accomodation was a short walk (10min) to the town centre, port and bus stop allowing you full access to all the island offers. Would highly recommend staying here

George was a wonderful host! Amazingly attentive and looked after you so well.

- pretty good location, five minute walk from the beach - about 25 minute walk to the city centre same/port - Water pressure in the shower was very good (hot water never had shortage) - host was very accommodating (almost too accommodating at times) - upgraded us for a bigger room, free of cost  -Offered cleaning services free of cost

- response time from host was dodgy upon arrival - stuck waiting outside and 28° weather for 25 minutes - host put a lot of pressure on us to leave a review

The best part of this home is the warm and helpful host, George. He lives on the property and is always around to help with anything you need. The location was a 24 min flat walk from the port and 7 minutes walk to the beach.

Our family of five stayed one night in the semi-basement room. It was a bit tight for five adults and our luggage but we didn’t spend much time there. At night, the powerful air conditioning kept us cool. The features sounded like a stepped down version of the upstairs rooms. There was instant coffee packets and a small fridge to meet basic needs. Wifi was spotty. Beach towels were an extra cost. The washing machine in our room was an extra cost but was too small for anything but a few bathing suits. George helped us find a laundry mat for all our clothes. He was so helpful!

The welcome was very friendly . The host was very kind, warm and very helpful. He upgraded our room whitout asking extra money cause we were in the low season. I recommand this place to everybody it was a really good time there.

We stayed here for our ten day vacation in Paros island. The owner is an amazing person who took care of us perfectly during our stay here. He is a very nice person with which we had nice talks with every time we saw him!🤩 Rooms have everything you need - showers, small fridge, TV, air conditioner, washing machine and towels. You can also ask for beach towels, room cleaning and changing your towels when you need that. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Paros!🇬🇷

The Host was amazing! He greeted us, welcomed us in and talked to us about the island and things we could do. He completed our stay!

Giorgos was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay! He helped get our suitcases up to our room and ensured we had everything we needed. He also helped us book a taxi back to the port once our stay was over. Giorgos place was very clean and comfortable- exactly like the pictures. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We loved our time in Paros and Kontaratos was a great spot to base ourselves. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 20 minute walk to the old town and port. George is a wonderful host and upgraded our room for us which was incredibly kind. We loved that the room had a washing machine and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

The only downside was that the room next to ours was quite noisy on one of the nights until midnight when George asked them to quiet down.

The place was very cute and tidy. George was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. The place has a cute bathroom that connected to the balcony. I loved my stay here!

Me and my partner have been travelling for the last month and a half, we have stayed in over 15 different hotels, hostels and AirBnB’s, none of them were as clean, as well equipped, had as nice as a host as we did when we stayed here for 4 nights. We could not have asked for a better stay, there were no issues at all, a massive shower, a washing machine that cleaned our clothes in 30 minutes, a air conditioning unit that cooled us down after spending a day on the beach, it was perfect. Our host was the sweetest and kindest host we have ever met, always wanting to chat and ask how our day has been and if we are enjoying our time here. He even upgraded our room, so we had lots more space to keep our luggage. Every time we came back after a day out our room was clean and left spotless, fresh sheet, fresh towels, fresh soap and not a speck of dirt to be seen. If you are coming to Paros as travellers, as a family or even as some just looking for a weekend away I could not suggest a better place to stay. You will not regret it one bit. Thank you for such an amazing experience and if we ever come back to Paros we will make sure to stay here again.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Located 5 minutes walk from Lividia Beach which is full of lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment is the perfect size for two. The beds are very comfortable and overall the apartment was kept in great condition because of daily cleaning. The area is very quiet at night which was great for sleep. There are also bug nets on the windows to prevent bugs getting in. Giorgos was very welcoming and friendly and was happy to recommend places to visit and answer any questions we had.

Nothing, it was perfect!

It has truly been a pleasure staying at the Kantataros Apartments in Parikia Paros. We walked from the ferry port to the apartment in less than 15 minutes and was immediately greeted with amazing hospitality and a beautiful patio filled with plants and lounging chairs. The apartment itself has everything you need with 2 bathrooms and space to sleep 7. The host provided great recommendations into town and even offered to clean our apartment daily, which we happily agreed to. Everything was super clean and tidy and in place. We would totally stay here again. It could not have been a better experience. Walking distance to all major things in Parikia, we loved staying here. Thank you to our host for the clean apartment with amazing hospitality. Could not speak more highly of this place! Cheers.

it’s a homely apartment. place is at walkable distance from paros ferry port. apartment is very near to the beach. host George is very helpful, kind & generous and always happy to help you with anything you need. he treated me & my wife as his son & daughter. he gave us upgrade too. We truly recommend staying at Kontaratos Studios & Apartments.

Giorgos & Marianna are amazing hosts! When we arrived Giorgos showed us around when we arrived. He even gave is a room upgrade free of charge to give is a better view. He is very passionate about his appartements and glady gave us a tour of the whole building. At one point Giorgos gave us some souvenirs and many postcards from his storage from when he owned a shop. When we came back from exploring the island we always had a chat. Also our room was always clean an tidy, everyday the bed was made up and we received new towels and bed sheets after two days! George was waiting for us when we arrived. He opened our room, carried and place luggage in the room. The room was the perfect size. The room was very clean. The room was cleaned and tidy everyday. The property is close enough to walk into town which was a nice feature. We felt safe the whole time we stayed. Everything in the room looked new. You can really tell that the owners take great pride in their property. They live on site so are always available if there is an issue. They are the nicest sweetest couple. We will definitely be staying at the property again.

The only issue I could see would be navigating the stairs if you had a disability.

The stay was exceptional. George was helpful and gave us everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay here. It's super close to the beach. And George is a very friendly guy who takes care of all the requests.

Giorgos and Marianna were great hosts who were very attentive and welcoming, which made this a great stay. The washer/dryer was also a nice bonus for a long stay.

Beautiful and well thought out apartments with everything you could want and more. George was the perfect host, and upgraded our room free of charge due to it being quieter in the low season. We were made to feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay, and were even given delicious homemade cakes every morning, made by George’s wife. The location was excellent. A short walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, but in a peaceful and relaxing environment facing the mountains. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Honestly nothing.

Wow we loved it. What a friendly host, really helpful with everything. And what a beautiful place. The apartment was huge and fully equipped. Nice kitchen and really nice outdoor area. Quiet area about 5 minutes walk away from the beach and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend!!

The apartments are a short walk (mainly along the beach) from the centre and the port, lovely and quiet. The property is spotlessly clean and we were upgraded on our last night as George (the owner) found out it was our wedding anniversary, even though this meant more cleaning. The upstairs apartment is great and has two balconies to sit and enjoy the warm summer nights. George was absolutely wonderful and one of the best hosts we have experienced! Nothing was too much trouble and he was unfailingly kind, generous, funny, warm and available. George also gave us recommendations for restaurants, which were fantastic. We loved our stay and especially because of George’s hospitality!
