The kind of the food in restaurants of the dinner and lunch

Kind and accommodating staff. Varied and delicious food. Not too crowded despite the small area.

Limited activities. Poor animation team. Outdated room furniture and air conditioning.

The hotel is very nice , staff is perfect, more than helpful, room is vet cleaning , it was very very nice accommodation 🤩🤩

Helpful staff at reception. We appreciated the update of the room very much. Breakfast was nice. Loved the location and view.

Breakfast timings should be until 11. 10am is too early especially weekend. The bathroom floor in the shower was a bit dirty. They only put bathroom accessories last day not when we arrived. After 2days of staying there. Little strange. Same with juice and mini bar. Selection of food during the day. It is not good rather poor. Needs improvement.

I went the second time to the hotel, for a rescue from Cairo. First time it was wonderful, this time unfortunately not any more. Even staff is helpful, i like the breakfast and the drive with the boat to the beach.

- booked a room for myself for 3 nights but there were obviously problems - a female german friends wants to join spontaneously, but wasn't allowed to sleep with me, in my already booked doubleroom. They asked me to pay 150 eu in additional, so 300 Eu all in all (normally its 190 for a double room, three nights, 2 Person...), without sense, so we cancelled our stay and met in Hurghada. - i spend one night alone, arrived late, asked for later check out the next day. I got an upgrade, i dont need and wanted, for a family suite with construction work in front of the balcony but the later check out was not possible. I wish the management could be a bit more professional.

Niezbyt smaczne jedzenie i mało zróżnicowane menu. Mocno zużyta infrastruktura.

The location

It was one of the worst experience I ever had. The weather was chilly to cold which was perfect. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom. I had to shower in cold water!! I contacted the hotel twice they said the water was fixed but no !

The cosiness of the hotel and the newly renovated rooms, the staff is always smiling and very helpful and working hard all day long, thank you so much

The food at dinner, our reservation was on bb basis but we had dinner once during our stay, food was not exceptional, meat wasn’t well done, unfortunately, we didn’t like it

The location of the resort is good and near the downtown

I didn’t take the room that I need .. The receptionist booked me in another room and was so hard to arrive because there wasn’t any lift

Het was een ruime kamer met lekkere bedden, De airco werkte goed en was niet hinderlijk. Het ontbijtbuffet was heel uitgebreid. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er werd zelfs een taart gebracht op de verjaardag van de vriendin waarmee ik op reis was. Vanaf het hotel loop je in 5 minuten naar het dorpje met allerlei restaurants en winkels.

Het hotel kan wat onderhoud gebruiken. Op diverse plekken zijn kitranden en voegen afgebrokkeld. We hadden geen warm water in de kamer (ook niet echt koud, het water was lauw). Niet echt erg met het hete weer maar toch.

Waiters and services were so bad Even no smile during their services Pool close at 6 pm They gave promises to me to do surprise for my anniversary with wife and they didn’t do it.

Some things need maintenance. Zero activities options. Hotel general appearance. Bar staff were rude.

Stuff so bad, food is disgusting,rooms like cheapest motels or hostels i paid soooo much money for nonsense place I will never go to this hotel again don't waste your money and vacation here
