very friendly and helpful staff, bus stop in front of the hotel, good value for money in the hotel's restaurant, including the playroom -highly appreciated by my child

I would like to have a small fridge and the option to warm things up in our building, instead of having to go to the main building (not convenient with small child in the evening). Some stronger light in the room (especially in the entrance) would be appreciated too

We stayed at the Steinbock Haus. Rooms are actually better than on the pictures. They are very clean and we got a great view on the mountains. Staff is very friendly. The restaurant has good food.

Breakfast is not too fancy but it has everything you need.

Not clear which building you will stay and why… But overall everything was nice :)

Located within a short walk from the Tannenboden gondola, the Intersport, and several ski lifts this hotel is very convenient. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Arrived at breakfast at 9am but there were no hot bacon or eggs left.

View from the room was stunning. Restaurant was nice. Good selection of breakfast. Room was clean.

-We stayed in the older building so the room and decoration were not modern nor so attractive. - Only small packets of shampoo provided, no facial tissue or other toiletries and no tea or coffee in the room. - No extra pillows - Quite expensive

All I would expect of a typical 3-star hotel in a ski region during winter. Parking in front of the hotel was no problem, ski storage room is placed very handy. The view from the room is amazing (Churfisten), common areas (e.g. corridors, bathrooms) are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is simple (average), not particularly good nor bad. Everyone from the staff was very kind and friendly - in spite of being overloaded.

The door of the ski storage room faces the sidewalk and was wide open during the day - anyone could just walk in, guests' valuables lay there. My daughter left her gloves on the bench inside the room and they disappeared. It took quite long to get the food during dinner (although I must say that it was a gorgeous weekend and the hotel was full).

Bedroom and bathroom looked clean. We could leave the ski equipment in a separate common room, in the same building as the bedroom.

Very disappointed to have been moved into another building that didn't have the same conditions as the main hotel building. I have stayed in one of the bedrooms on the main building this year for the same price. It doesn't make sense to pay the same value for different conditions. The pillows were horrible for sleeping, we got neck pain and couldn't get a good night sleep. At the very least we should have extra pillows in the bedroom (we checked). The shower was also very small.
