We absolutely loved the hotel and the property - beautifully located in the middle of vineyards and olive trees. Rooms are spacious and modern, food was delicious and staff was very friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed the possibility to relax both by the pool, as well as at the hotel beach, which is easily reachable with a shuttle. All in all, definitely recommend!
Note that the hotel is in a quite remote location, i.e. a drive of at least 30mins via small roads once you leave the highway. There’s two ways leading to the hotel - make sure to take the northern one via Bale, as the more southern one is a heavily bumpy gravel road (it would have been nice to know this in advance…).
Also note that this is not an adults only hotel, hence as a couple, you’ll need to be happy to have kids running around, jumping in the pool, playing ball in the pool (although this is formally not allowed), etc. - this did not bother us, but is worth noting.

I think the hotel is really nice – we were in general very happy. The only thing I was unhappy about was that we had to leave one day earlier and the hotel (or booking.com?) was not able to provide us even with a small refund. I total understand that they were not able to provide a full refund, however, a partial refund of one night would have been appropriate.
I thought that was a bit petty considering the fact that we had been at the resort in the past and this time spent more than CHF 5’300.- for a rather small Junior Suite for 5 nights.
However, there were also some good things: overall, the residence and the pool areas are really nice. The entire environment is excellent. The prices in the restaurant (especially for the wine) are rather high. But the food is really good.

The property is stunning. Immersed in nature, between the vineyards and olive trees, gardens and ... well just nature :) A lot to do also. The perfect quiet getaway! Food is excellent, staff is just excellent!

Unprofessional and uneducated staff who make sever mistakes about everything they do, unable to fix the mistakes they make and stay silent about everything you complain about. Bad value for money…

Impressed with every single detail, very comfortable furtniture, bed and high quality of sheets and pillows.

Many many pros can be mentioned, like the privacy, which is guaranteed by the large spaces and the large green surfaces. The environment is cared by a professional gardener team daily, so there is nothing to complain about. The big pools are also a big advantage. All of the deck chairs are cleaned every hour, the cleanness is exceptionally well performed. The breakfast is well organised, the music adds a lot to the feeling. The staff is very kind, you needn’t wait too long for the drinks and for the meals. The tables are far enough from each other.
Half board option is missing, it’s no a con, but for this price range it could be chosen as an available opportunity.

the place is beautiful and immaculately maintained. Best of all are the staff who are extremely courteous and always helpful and obliging. A very smart but relaxed destination. The kitchen also turns out excellent food

Nearby Rovinj is really worth the drive
Indeed we were given a room right below the roof, with small windows so very dark.We complained, and for a small price adjustment, we were instead given a much lighter, and much bigger room.
The rooms with their own gardens are even better. Some have a pool in addition, but very few have a "private" pool (you cannot be seen when in the pool). They all look great
The beach club is fun, but the beach is not so good.
This hotels compares well with the Mas de Torrent in northern Spain (same style, same types of rooms)
