Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se ubica de manera sublime en Siesta Key, en el segundo de los tres pisos (con ascensores), cerca de la piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi y, por supuesto, la incre��ble bahía. Estás a solo unos pasos de tomar tu café con leche por la mañana mientras observas cómo el amanecer ilumina la bahía. Overall we had a great experience, however the place needs a new toaster and utensils, we accommodate based with what we’ve got.

The cutest condo that we could’ve walked into. It was perfect distance from the beach where we were able to walk instead of drive. It would take 5 minutes max! The security guards and people in the office were so helpful and kind. Everything was super clean and organized, anything we needed they had! We will definitely be returning to this location!

Great location …as mentioned it is a walk to beach- across street and past other complex buildings…probably a block. The beach was wonderful. Beach chairs provided. A person delivered the chairs to the spot we picked each day and returned them as well. There are 2 pools and a hot tub if you don’t want to walk to beach.
Property had washers and dryer’s with free use. All kitchen utensils included and working. Great response to all communication l.

We had a great time in siesta key with our family. Lots of things to do in Siesta, Key, and Sarasota.
Great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing. White sands that's not hot on your feet. Gulf Water was warm and we had dinner good waves.
The room was nice. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Bathrooms were ok. Maybe needing an update soon. And the kitchen faucet was annoying cause you had to keep giggling it to get it to shut off.
Our room was a bit of a long walk to get to the beach. Would be awesome if the resort had someone shuttling people.
Pools were nice. Used the workout room a few times.

The unit could use a deep clean and paint job. There was visible mold in the second bathroom in the tub and in the shower head. The tile needs a good scrubbing. The master bath seemed to be in better shape. The location was excellent in terms of centrally located for where we wanted to get to in Siesta Key. The check in process was very easy and convenient. The pools were in great shape.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Nice location on Siesta Key. Able to easily walk to the public beach, but we used the beach that is associated with the Palm Bay Club. We appreciated that there were beach chairs provided by the resort (located by the beach area) that could be used without an additional charge. The two pools were very clean and the water was nice and warm. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting area by the inland water side. It has a nice view of boats that are traveling by. The resort is well taken care of and the landscaping is very nice also. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.

Unit OK but we will return next year at different unit. Master bedroom excellent, but beds in second bedroom are terrible. They are wrapped in plastic (for what, protect against bed wetting), made a racket every move you make. Also, across from us, we heard resort industrial dryer vents running all day everyday.

Rental was okay but needs major bathroom remodeling. Ants in the bathroom, mold around water fixtures, even in the kitchen. Condo smells musty/moldy. Maintenance and deep cleaning has been neglected. Pools and beach access is a plus.

This was a great home away from home for the week. We did have issues initially with getting in using the code provided. The pad lock ended up needing replaced so we were then provided with a key until it could be done. The only thing Negative thing is that for some reason we weren’t able to drop the air condition below 73 degrees. With the bulk of vents out in the kitchen area this made for warmer rooms that were hard to cool down. I ended up renting a fan from ABC rentals. Everything else was very efficient and clean. We enjoyed it and the location and will definitely be coming back!

Siesta key
The condo was clean, but many things needed attention.
The kitchen faucet leaked and wouldn’t shut off without a lot of effort and maneuvering the handle. The master bath sink & tub did not drain properly. The fishing rods were broken… much to our dismay. The unit doesn’t have an ice maker, and only one ice cube tray…the comforters had stains on them.
Overall, Palm Bay is beautiful but some TLC. For this particular unit was necessary.

Gorgeous beach and amazing sunsets
Great for our family- 2 college age kids. Enjoyed our family time, condo had beach towels, beach bags and extra beach chairs. The resort has lounge chairs and you can rent umbrellas or cabanas. Rented bikes, did a boat cruise tour, Ringling Brothers museum, and Lido beach area (a bit more upscale and excellent restaurants). You need a $40 deposit (cash inly) to use the gym and for the laundry. It’s good to have cash on hand if you want to ride the free trolley or take advantage of the free van/shuttle rides. We didn’t have a lot of cash and wish we knew ahead of time. Maintenance staff is everywhere and are very friendly. Nice mix of retired folks with families and some young groups.

Great complex for families
We have stayed at the Palm Bay condos in the past. It’s a great location. Has everything you need on site. This unit was great. Communication and check in process was seamless. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thanks for a great week!

Nice place
This was our first time to Siesta and Palm Bay. It’s a very nice property and the beach area is HUGE and very well maintained.
We are booked for next year but selected a different unit. This one is bayside, and we moved to a gulf side club unit to shorten the walk to the beach.
This unit was very clean and ready on time. It could use a little updating- specifically the bathrooms. There’s nothing really wrong with them but the tubs/showers have obviously been there a long time , if not original to the building. Having visited a few other units that friends stayed in, this isn’t across the board and many have been remodeled/updated.
We certainly had everything we needed. If the updates were more in line with the other units we saw I’d have given 5 stars

Difficulty Sleeping
The beds in the first bedroom on the left were very uncomfortable! They had plastic mattress covers that were loud and very uncomfortable! The light that came in the bedroom window, from the deck outside, was so bright it was very hard to sleep!
