The soap bottles in the shower were almost empty The bed was ok but sounded way too metally trying to get in and out of.

For the price we did not get two double beds as stated when I purchase. The tv in the room had lines going down it when you watch it and was hard to watch anything

upon arriving, toilet was broke. this should have been spotted by the room cleaners and reported before giving out the room.

I was in town for a conference at the Wellington conference center and this was close and cheaper than the hotel that was selected by the organization, even with the group discount.

The food was ok. And there needs to be more signage telling where the ice machines are.

my room was by the stairwell & elevator. door slamming on the stairwell to much.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I woke up both days with so much back pain that I was unable to do a lot of things I had planned.

The hotel was nice.

There was a very strong gas smell in the hotel, especially near our room. I informed the staff. I don't know if anything was done. The shower was a lot smaller than I'm used to having.

we were only given 2 towels, went to the pool and there were no towels down there. went to the front desk to get more and she said they were out of clean towels ??? how does a hotel that has a pool especially out of towels ?? the coffee maker In the room had crusty stuff all inside of it , the toilet paper holder was broken . No hot tub. The main elevator was broken and we were in the second floor which wasn’t too big of an issue but I can’t imagine if I were to have been any higher up . Kind of a ran down hotel for fishers .

dirty sheets (asked to get changed and all they did was make the bed) sticky and water damaged floors. hair in clean towels. pull out bed couch was disgusting, it’s like someone died on it and they didn’t want to throw away mattress. dirty carpet.

The regular elevator was not working. Had to use the staff elevator.

Convenient location, spacious suite, excellent breakfast, and clean inviting common areas.

Elevators are showing their age, but they work!

Worst night ever! Sofa bed had someone’s left dinner on it! The bed was the worst shape ever! Was shaped like a taco shell we fell in the middle! The floors felt like they haven’t been cleaned in months. To top it off some kind of construction or new flooring was being laid all night above us!

Ease to find. had dinner across the street at Bubba’s 33. excellent.

nothing
