The location is perfect!! Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour to even check into our room & when told we would have the option to extend our check out, that wasn’t the case. While we were out for breakfast we received a phone call that our Room was being checked out and the room service began to clean and pack our belongings while we weren’t there. Very disappointing, wish there was better communication with the host.

Property was clean with ample supplies for me and my friends. Beach access right across the street. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need.

The room was nice and it was in a great location. The pool is small but nice and there were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer so that we could do laundry. The only issue was the door in the living room wouldn’t open but there are two balconies so it didn’t really bother us. The front desk people were very nice and knowledgeable as well. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Everything was amazing!! They ONLY negative was the living room balcony door was broke and the bed was way to low and soft. If the mattress is changed I would Definitely stay again

We loved this place as it's really in the middle of everything. Perfect location. Condo is amazing and it was equipment with everything you need. We only a few issues but we didn't contact the manager because we were on vacation ans it honestly mean anything other than the security of the front door. First off thr place is awesome it was plenty of room for us to be in here comfortably. The toilet was kinda acting funny but we realized you have to hold the lever down until the toilet drains completely. It might be a good idea to have some type of binder with directions to open the doors to the balconies. Instructions to operate the tv and etc. The smaller of the sofa beds in the living the left leg on the back side kept snapping and dropping and imagine it happening while you sleep

Place is exactly as seen in a great location , close to everything you need on south beach plus you get an ocean view ! Clean , comfy even the couch bed he had in the living room . Would stay again!

The Aparrment was very clean and nicely stocked and furnished. It’s right on ocean drive so we were in the middle of the action. It was a very smooth check in and actually was able to extend my stay few days due to snow back home. Roof top pool was ideal for days you didn’t feel like dealing with sand.

Spring break trip had fun overall room wasn’t a problem no one complained about my music pretty chill spot great location probably staying here again next year

Almost no toilet paper when we arrived, so stock up. Everything else was great! Lots of sleeping room.

Awesome location! Can see the beach/ocean from the window. Easy to get on the road to anywhere and within walking distance to many restaurants/shops/etc. Description says it sleeps 5. There is a king size bed and 2 pull out couches (one with trundle and fold down). The one with trundle and fold down were definitely not long enough to comfortably sleep. I am 5'4' and had to sleep with my legs in a folded position in order to fit. There were only 2 sets of bedding, so we're not sure how 5 people could sleep here without bringing their own bedding, unless 3 people sleep in the king size bed...The provided sheets were very thin and stained. They seemed very old and smelled like they hadn't been washed in a while... Additionally, the couches were not comfortable at all. We have family in town that let us borrow an air mattress to use instead of one of the couches. The unit has a full size kitchen with nice appliances but without a full set of silverware. Had one normal size spoon while the rest of the spoons were serving spoon size. We were able to make the unit work given that two of our people were young children. However, the lack of appropriate sleeping accommodations would have been a huge problem if we were trying to have an entire group of adults sleep there.

The property location was very good. Convenient to the beach, bike paths, restaurants etc.... The condo itself was decent. However, the bamboo floor is worn and cheap looking. The coffee maker does not work properly (only starts brewing then stops) the dryer does not work so we could not even dry our cloths and the property smells terrible. The minute you walk in the lobby, it has an overwhelming dumpster smell. Considering what we paid per night, this property is not worth the price.

This place is by far in the best location! The condo was exactly as described. Extremely spacious , huge updated kitchen and bathroom . The condo was spotless! We loved this condo and will definitely stay here again.

Needs to be remodeled had holes in the wall and black marks on wall also the floors are scratched up and the bed is cheap the slats fall down and the bed sinks down to the ground

Location is great and close to everything. I enjoyed the balcony. The only downfall I had was the pour lighting in bathroom. I noticed a lot of bulbs were burned out. I really did enjoy and next time I will be booking hopefully same room. Thank you again for a great experience

As a photographer my team was looking for a great place to stay that was purposefully located near as many possible great locations to shoot. This location was fantastic. BEACH, PARTY or QUIET all rolled into one location. 5th Street is the dividing line between party central and residential neighborhood and was perfect. Being a Baller was only a few steps away (Story or Cleavelander) but if you had had enough just close the deck door and AHHHHHH quiet. The rooftop pool was an amazing back drop and we used it frequently. It served our purpose... however.. (there is always a however) I stayed in the building in a different condo about 9 years ago and it looks like they havent done much to the building or condo's since. The place is looking quite tired. This particular condo looked like original furnishings are still there and are quite worn and chipped, lights burned out, floors need replacement, bedding stained with bleach marks (perhaps done by a renter to "help"), not enough paper towels, toaster was broken, springs coming out of one of the futons and this time no direction regarding any appliance or the tv with its many remotes. It would have taken a few minutes to come up with a "welcome" document or thanks for spending your money here because there are so many other options... enuf said... Bed was very comfy...We did have some issues with taking a shower and the water pressure. We saw a beautiful rain shower but you couldnt use it as such, it was close to a trickle so we tipped it up and got enough water to wash. A better option would be an economy water saver at this point.. or bust the bank and change the antiquated water heater/tank.... but location...location.... location. I would probably stay in this building again but probably not this condo until they updated the floors, fixed the appliances and replace broken furniture. Like i said before location location location.

Condo was very clean and owner is very responsive. Everything we needed was in the condo (except some scissors-but a knife worked fine). Very comfortable accommodations. I would definitely return. Very spacious, excellent views. Right across from the beach. Stores, clubs, restaurants are all within walking distance. Used the hotel next door for check in and check out which was very smooth. Also got towels there everyday for the beach. We did not use the pool but we have stayed in other units in this building and the pool is always very clean. I do have a few minor suggestions (nothing that would keep me away though). Not sure if this was an issue in all units there or just this one but water pressure was not good. Being a long, thick haired person, this made it rough to wash my hair thoroughly but I made do. All pillows were extremely soft. Being a firm pillow lover, this was not good for me. Maybe have at least one there. Bed was very comfortable and big though. Let the housekeepers know to check the fitted sheets for pilling. Ours definitely had seen better days. The last was to have more comfortable balcony furniture. The views from the condo are excellent and we spent a lot of time out there but the furniture was very hard. Again, nothing that would keep me away, it would just make it that much better!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!!
