Excellent chalet, ideal for summer or winter activities. Lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was good, lots of home made items. Hosts very friendly and accommodating

We had an amazing long weekend - 3 days skiing was just right - the ski area is plenty big enough - lots of atmosphere on and off piste - the village of Samoens is lovely too - rustic and full of character and some great eateries. A hire car is really useful for getting around. Véronique and André were lovely and very accommodating. We'll be back!

French breakfast only: no gluten or carbon-free food (for one who loves or can use sugar french style breakfast only) French-speaking hosts not willing to speak English No tea (or any drinks) after long hours of skiing in the room allowed (strictly forbidden even, crazy) No bathroom doors (for "shower with open view" fans only) There is a fireplace but you do rather not feel welcome to use it

Very basic bathroom facilities. Toilet has no door. Small rooms with low ceiling: hit my head multiple times.

The space, the familiar environment, the good talk with the other guests at eating moments, the great breakfast every morning, the sympathy of Veronique and Andre and the excelent dinners cooked by Veronique
