Amazing location on the edge of town with great views across the valley but only 5 minute walk to the plaza. Loved the animals and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Stayed with family if 4 in a double room and the grandparents in the adjacent room.

Very nice accomodation situated in a quite area, nice view and very close to the main square/city center. Lot of nice restaurants around. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was served outside on the veranda that was very nice as well.

rooms are very basic and bare , absolutely no privacy as you need to keep the windows open or it is too hot , we stayed when it was full and it was uncomfortable, breakfast was really poor, no fruits , rancid breads , tasteless cheese and word of all INSTANT coffee .. in the heart of the coffee region …

They offer tours and on-site facilities (sauna, zoo etc) I didn't see until I checked out. They should promote these more. I would have taken a tour and used the facilities had I seen them earlier.

Perfect setting on edge of town overlooking river canyon. Pool table, terrace, hammocks, outside eating for breakfast, and even a jacuzzi. Daily room clean. Eggs for breakfast, 24 hour hot water for tea or coffee. Would certainly come again - great value too.
Minor thing: poor lighting - one cold white bulb from ceiling, no reading light, but I expect locals don't expect otherwise.

I am happy with the hotel and its staff. The view from my balcony was beautiful. Very quiet and conveniently located.
The only issue was there was no wifi in my room. My room is on the edge of the hotel which may be the reason.

We stayed in a room with a balcony that overlooked the river and it was lovely. It was easy to walk into the center of town.
We would have extended our stay if we could have kept the same room. The rooms facing the parking lot seem like they would be a lot louder.

Poor room with dirty walls (and some fungas). Cold showers, just a low wall between room and bathroom, so you could hear everything. Staff could be more friendly.

Some noise from neighbourhood and the internet was kind of dodgy at times. Terrible coffee. You can see farms from the window! Why such bad coffee?

Location was great, nice cozy place with view of the mountains. Good breakfast, although not a big fan of the coffee. Nice staff, decent enough rooms and overall a very pleasant stay.

Gorgeous view of the river and and rising above it mountain with coffee crops mingled with jungle. Even though the hotel was on the edge of the village, it was a 5-minute walking distance from the main square. Impeccable service. Delicious omelette for breakfast. Free parking. Absolutely recommended.
That we had planned to stay only one night. We would have stayed longer if not our tight schedule.

Everything. It's rustic, the number doesn't reflect how lux it is. The number reflects the view, the comfort the staff. It's comfortable and the beds are fine but the beauty is the surroundings.
You have to remake the bed because the don't tuck the sheets in at the bottom and if you don't your feet will stick out in the night.
You can't turn the hot water all the way on, there is an electric water heater on the showerhead, if the volume is too much the water doesn't heat.

It's rustic and beautiful, breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding. I would stay again and again.
There was no wifi in our honeymoon room (#17) and they need to learn to tuck in the bottom of the blankets when they make a bed. Also run less water in the shower if you want hot water if you turn it all the way on it doesn't have time to heat.

Great location and very clean
It was noisy with barking dogs, motorcycles, and very thin walls so you could hear your neighbours. A fan would help to cool the rooms down and drown out the noise. Relatively poor sleep quality.
