Great vibe about the place. Very laid back but still professional. Rooms tastefully done and very clean. Morning tea and coffee a nice touch

Very little. Air conditioning was a little noisy.

My daughter and I were in a double queen room…#2…in the single floor rooms at the back of the property. I think it was an updated room (they are doing some work on the place…outside and their lobby building). We LOVED our room, so much so that we added on a second night after we checked in. Likes: Our room was large, with some awesome features like the beds, lamps, tv. It was very clean. The wood floor was a nice touch, especially in the summertime and it's 90 degrees outside. The decor and colors were lovely. Parking was super easy, and the location was fine (the town is small so even though the hotel is at the end of the main road, restaurants and shops are close). Dislikes: the only thing I disliked was that the cement edge around the pool was cracked and rusted almost all around. Overall, a very pleasant stay! And one of the more affordable options in town. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Ojai!

But just a cosmetic imperfection. I think the pool was saltwater which was awesome because you didn't come out of it smelling like chlorine. Oh, and a hot tub would be nice, but not a deal breaker that there wasn't one. The fire pit and chairs around it were great.

Constant construction Monday through Friday all day until 5PM including electric sawing. You might have to walk through construction and smell construction materials like paint thinner and lacquer.

The beds were great, and the room was clean, although we found bugs and spiders in the room. Did love the new floors.

This place is an unfinished project! There is no lobby, an unfinished outdoor bathroom with no sink, and it basically looks like a motel that is trying to be something it's not. The room needs some color, and are dark, with insufficient lighting. The sink had no plug.

Bed was wonderfully comfortable...pillows too!

Noisy neighbors and noisy cleaning crew.

We did not know it is under construction. And we can hear the next door sound very well.....
